"chattabox" claims to work for this company. That would constitute complicity to phone fraud.

AMCA at 1-800-804-0057 now just keeps on calling repeatedly. Always the same non-stop recording, claiming they're from the dept collection agency.  They're like a broken record. What can one do about AMCA at 1-800-804-0057 to make them stop persistently harassing me and other people?!

They call regularly,  They claim to be a collection agnecy yet I take pride I have been debt free for 20 years.   It is a recording with no one to speak with.  Make them stop

I received numerous calls at my private home number, they say "it's not a sales call" and leave a call back number of 1-800-804-0057.  I returned the call and get no answer just background music that goes on for a while.  I got tired and hang up..  I wish it would stop or at least I could get in touch with someone so I can find out what is the call about.

I received a call from this number about 2 pm today and when I called back I was placed on eternal hold. I also called the customer service number from their website and got routed to many different departments until I was finally placed on eternal hold again. I do not have any Lab bills outstanding to my knowledge and always pay bills as they come in. I think this may be fraudulent but I will contact LabCorp and Quest on Monday and see if I have any outstanding bills before I dismiss this call because I don't want any unnecessary attacks to my credit report.

The voice mail message states they are a collection agency but do not say what company they are collecting for. I have only had this number for about 30 days and have not given it to anybody. I have tried to call back but get put on hold. The debtor name they are saying is unintelligible, but it is not my name. I have been on hold for as long as 1 hour and have not spoken to a live person. This is simply harassment.

I am soooo sick of this company!  they call on weekends, they call and the caller ID says "out of area" with no other identifiying info.  Before, they called on this number so I blocked it off with my Call Screen *60 service but they found a way around that and do the "out of area" thing.  They called this morning asking once AGAIN for "Alfredo"  been getting calls for Alfredo now for 5 months ever since we got this new number. We don't want to change the number really becuase it is a hassle. We are on the National Do not Call list, have an unlisted number & still we have been hounded by debt collection agencies looking for other poeple.  We don't owe any debts! We don't know Alfredo either. Have told them this.  They don't care and are into harassing. This company needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Why should we have to even call them back?

Same situation as most of all of you.
I only have my number for three months.
You call back to the mentioned number, no living person answer, music background all the time.
If we all report the number in the "Do Not Call List" I think they will go away.

They called one time and I answered and the lady started to identify herself, and then she started to say what she was calling about, and then stuttered over herself and didn't finish, and then asked me to hold on. I hung up.

Just received another call from them on my cell phone.  No message.

I get calls with nobody on the other end from 800-804-0057. This is extremely annoying.
