This number has called our house many times.  Now we get messages asking us to call Jennifer and refer to a master number given in the message. It is so frustrating when these types of calls continue.

The callers almost always come on with a recording to the effect that "All personnel are busy right now, please hold for the next available representative".
At that point I just lay the phone down and wait until I hear the phone company signal that it has disconnected. Let them pay the phone bills for the 800 call. Who cares who they are at that point.

Getting calls from this number daily (1-800-814-6580)...sometimes several/day & after 9PM!  Sometimes a message is left by Jennifer stating refer to master number....  Someone thought it was a collection agency....which we have nothing at a collection agency.  We pay our bills!  Isn't this harrassment?  What can legallly be done about this?

Called and refused to tell me what company they were calling from.  Very very very rude.  Complete [***].  I looked online and found out that that the name of the company is National Recovery something (NRA.)

This number calls me on my cell phone at least twice everyday. It's getting really annoying and uses up a bunch of minutes. Whenever I answer there's no one on the other line. I stopped answering, but they never leave a message. How did these people get my private number and why do they keep calling?

Same problem as everyone else. Said ask nice and we will take you off the list.

Called in the early morning, and as I didn't recognize the number I let it go to voicemail. Later I called it back and actually got a live person, who just asked for someone who I've never heard of. When I told her that no such person lived here, she recited my phone number and asked if I was sure. No, lady, I am never sure who lives in my house... duh.  She said she'd take my number off the list but I kind of doubt it, since this is the third time this caller and I have gone around.

I called this company back this morning.  Must have been before they opened, their answering system says their name is Crossgate.  Luckily (or not) I have never spoken with anyone.  They have called everyday for about a month only to hang up on my voicemail.  Today I will be contacting the phone company for harrassment charges.

We keep getting a call from this number at 10:00am every morning. I never answer, because as a rule of thumb within our house, we just don't answer 800 numbers. We have also gotten the messages asking us to call Jennifer. It's very annoying. Has anyone figured out how long until they stop, or how to get them to do so???

Please stop these people from calling me over and over and over. They call and say they must speak to me about a personal matter - I don't have personal matters with 800 numbers. Anything they want to speak with me about, I am already handling. They are wasting my time and annoy me to no end. Thank you!!!!!

making accusations that I have purchased a book on belly buttons and is trying to collect I stated that I have not recieved a book of the sorts. They are very rude stated that I said that someone stood out at my mail box  and took my items. They also stated that it was delivered to my new home address back in 2002 which I didn't move there til 2006. They make note in system that you say stuff that you didn't say that they said such as someone must have stood at the mailbox and took it. They also said how would they have delivered it to my address if I didn't live there. I know when I bought my home and I have the paper work so they need to get thier info correct before calling someone. I am not paying for something I don't have.I have no problems paying for something I get. I also asked him why does these things not show up on my credit report and he mumbled something I could never understand.
You also can't understand half of what they say and they don't make since when they are talking. They call my cell phone. I'm at loss on what to do with people like this. I stated if they didn't stop calling I would report them and they told me I need to becareful on who I am reporting.

On a daily basis we are getting calls from this number. When we ask who they are they respond in a nasty and insulting tone asking to speak to a person that does not live here. We continue to try to get more information on this "company" yet only get more insulting and verbally abusive treatment. They call as early as 9 am to as late as 10 pm EST. I have tried to block the calls, that does not work. We are unlisted and on the Do Not Call list. I guess none of that works either. I think this is illegal yet there is still nothing that seems to be able to be done about them and their harrassing ways. We thought it might be some sort of collection agency yet no one in our home owes anything to any one? If we did I would think a legitimate company would send a letter? I just want it to stop. I have people in my home that work long hours on split shifts and various shifts. We need our sleep. We now have to turn our phone off for peace and miss the real calls our family needs all because of the illegal and harrassing calls from this number. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Getting calls from this number daily (1-800-814-6580).  S/W Chris (would not give his last nae) nor the name of the caompany adtress and phone number.  He sqaid he is calling from the NRA Group.  They have a website....a collection agency in Harrisburg Pa.  Please have the FCC stop this company from invading our privacy and placing insulting phone calls.  Isn't this harrassment?  What can legallly be done about this?

Nasty & insulting person on the phone who became argumentaive when asked for information about their company.

They keep calling us for a person who had our phone number over 5 years ago.  The only way to stop them is to put selective call rejection on your phone and put that number in as a blocked caller.  Cox Communications charges $2 per month for this service.

I really don't understand why someone can't figure out who these people are and who owns the company and make them stop this.

They call once in a while and it always leads to a fight over why I should announce who I am, but they wont. They called me.
