I FIRST RECIEVED A CALL IN FEBUARY,2007. INORED THEM THEM AND IN JULY,2007 I HAD CIVIL ACTION ACTION SENT TO ME FROM A SHERIFF.I READ IT AND YES I DID OWE A CREDITOR,SO I STARTING PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH I STOPPED PAYING THEM FOR AFEW MONTHS,THEN IN MAY,2008.I RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING I HAD DEFAULTED AND WERE TO ISSUE ME A FI FA .WELL I PAID THEM FOR AROUND 7 MORE MONTHS.I STOPPED PAYING AND HAD TO FILE BANKRUPT , IN JANUARY,2009. MY COURT DATE FOR BANKRUPTCY IS IN 1 WEEK.LAST WEEK I HAVE MY CHECK DIRECT DEPOSIT. AND THER WAS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT,NOR SAVINGS. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY GAVE ME THE 1-800-817-3214, AND SAID MANN BRACKETT DID THIS THAT SHOULD CONTACT THEM. I CAN'T EVEN CLOSE OUT THE ACCOUNT..SO YES WHAT A SLEEZE BAG

Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Mann Bracken and Creditors Interchange for Violations...

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- A class action lawsuit was
filed on behalf of clients of Hess Kennedy, the Campos Chartered Law Firm and the Consumer Law Center for violations of federal debt collection laws against Mann Bracken, LLC and Creditors Receivable Management, LLC.  The lawsuit was filed in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida under case number
08-cv-60529.

Mann Bracken’s Illegal Debt Collection in Georgia May Soon Be Over

I received a letter from the State of Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs that indeed the state of Georgia has a full investigation of Mann Bracken’s violations of the Georgia Business Practices Act.

And I quote (from letter below)

RE: Mann Bracken Ref # 236443

“We have reviewed your complaint and many prior complaints sent by other consumers and determined that a full investigation will be undertaken in this matter.”

What did I send the GA GOCA?

Copies of the cease and desist telephone communication at my employers office that Mann Bracken violated on at least eight (8) occasions, recorded telephone conversations, many photos of the caller ID of the phone in my office displaying Mann Bracken’s telephone number, all the alleged Citibank civil actions that Mann Bracken filed against me in court, and quite a few other things that show Mann Bracken has a complete disregard for Federal and State law.

I don’t think it will be too long before Mann Bracken attorney’s in Georgia will no longer be able to file civil litigation (Hear that Keith Taylor?) nor collect debts in Georgia.

I great appreciate the State of Georgia notifying me that they are officially investigating Mann Bracken.

I was sued by Mann-Bracken in court in NYS on behalf of midland funding.  I hired a consumer lawyer and we easily beat their case saving me thousands of dollars.  Make sure you fight them.
