Voice mail recording from a female saying there was an 'important business matter to resolve in her office'.

LSI Collections of Ohio / No idea what they want to talk to me about.

I called this number back. I was left a voice mail to "please call this number for important buisness you need to handle through this office".I called and the rep asked me for my social sec. number or the number that I was called on. I gave the number and my social to rectify this situation, but not before asking whom they were as well. They process and act as a  collection agency for goverment loans/ military loans. They advised that they must have mis-dialed and pardon the call.......sounds fishy!

If you call back you get in a hold queue that is never answered. You can leave a very brief message, but there is no feeling that anyone will pay any attention. One wonders why they bother calling in the first place!

They've called and left numerous messages to call about an urgent business matter.  I know that we do not owe anybody money but I called because I'm annoyed.  I waited for 5 minutes before someone answered.  Then the operator that had a foreign accent asked what number I was calling from, put me on hold for about two minutes before he hung up on me.

Female voice who pronounced my complicated last name correctly.  I looked the number up 1st.  I'm not calling this one back, sounds like a scam to me. Plus, I have no delinquent debits.

I have received two calls on my cell phone from 800-824-9392 about "important business matter" in their office. ( female recorded voice)  I'm not calling back because I do not use my cell # for anything official. ( like credit/ debts/ etc.)

I have no idea who this is or what they want. They are calling on a back cell line that isn't listed. I think this is just free dialing till it hits a number. Very upsetting...I will never answer this, they have no reason to be calling.

It's amazing what this world is coming to... Don't you just wish you could live your life and not have to worry about a different a**hole trying to still your identity every second.  You can't even swipe your ATM card anymore without worrying.  I want to run away to 100 years ago, and live life the way one should.

Received several messages from this number. Female voice requested that I call the number "regarding an important business matter". Called back, it's sort of a collection agency, one of the menu options was "for Georgia Revenue Department", which has absolutely nothing to do with me, a NJ resident. No option for a live operator, was put on hold, due to "special attention given to every caller and therefore experiencing a brief delay". While waiting I was constantly reminded that
when they return to the line, to please let them know how they may serve me. I wish I knew! I was on hold for 1.5 hr!!! Then gave up.

Received a computer call from this number.  When I called them back, after waiting on hold for 11 minutes, they answered and asked for my phone number.  Gave it to them and they asked for my son.  Told them he no longer lived there, asked who they were.  They refused to tell me. Argues several minutes trying to find out who they were and what company they represented.  They refused to answer.  Got a whistle and blew it real hard into the phone.  My son came over and we called them back.  He was going to deal with them and find out what it was about.  They said they never called my number.  Told the man he was full of it, they had just called. He told me lady, quit harrassing us, got whistle and blew it again.  Hope they call me back when I'm bored again. Took many phone calls to understand who this company was.  Still don't know who they represent.

Received a call from the recording so called them back and it said "OSI Collection Agency".

Don't know what their game is, but I am listed with the Tn. Do not call list.  Would, and will turn them in to be fined, if this continues.  Unable to contact anyone at the call back number.  Don't owe anyone, and do not want these types of calls.

This number contacted me and I don't want them calling me anymore

Apparently they collect for military stuff too.  I called on behalf of someone and the lady seemed polite and gave me information about why they were calling.  Collections must be a crappy job.

Got a call from OSI Collections.  I do have a debt for my AAFES card with them.  I tried calling them back and was on hold for 8 minutes.  If you want my money then answer the phone

1-800-824-9392, female voice informing me to call their office at this number to take care of "important" matter. Supposedly a collections company, but no answer to my call, just hold. This is not a "real" company, as the phone number traces to no known business I can find.

Individuals called my cell, when I turned over the # to the owner of the Number they claim to represent a agency collecting for the AAFES. If this is true or not is unknow as that they became very hostile the Numbers owner. If they are in fact represent a govornment associated credit service they should be in contact with you by mail. I truley belive this may be a fraudulant company.

they have started calling and yes it is a hoax i am sure of it.  The FBI or police need to shut this racket down before some little ol lady loses her home.  I think they might be tied into zabasearch.

OSI, the 2nd largest debt collection agency in the country had recently filed for bankruptcy protection. They couldn't pay their bills, but want you to send them your money!  Talk about poetic justice and irony!!  I hope the other debt collector/predatory scum gave the OSI owners the same harassment that OSI and their band of collectors have subjected the American consumer to.  OSI began closing their branch offices and may not survive. As with all large agencies, they have GREAT difficulty in complying with FDCPA and FCRA requirements. The problem with them is credibility. You can NOT take what they say or report as accurate. They MUST be held accountable for their reporting and collection activities.
