Could not really understand who called. Sounded like the name from the above statements, petanuade & felix. Called from (858) 244-7600 I did understand the phone number left 800-832-7675. The name asked for was slurred but I do know that it was not even close to my name.
So dear collector I know times are tough when no one can pay you for your booze tab. But please be more professional make your calls before the booze.

I received a call from this number stating that a was the Law Office of Patenaude&Felix, and I owed a balance to Target. The name they had was similar to mine, but the last 4 of the SSN was incorrect.
He threatened me with a "court order" served by the "Marshall" and became upset when I asked for more information.
He repeatedly asked for my phone number and address, which I did not give because he wouldn't clarify the "account information."

Callled Target just to be sure. My account is in perfect standing with them. These people are bogus- be careful.

We recieve a phone call from these people several times a day.  Just let it go to the answering machine... They say they are with Patenaude&Felix and are calling for.. and this is where you get like a 3 seconds moment of dead silence.. So we have no clue who they are calling for....  We called back.. and there not even calling for someone who lives at this house.. but they keep on insisting to call..  We are told to call 1-800-832-7675

They call several times a day and never leave a msg.

These people need to get a life. They cannot talk to us on a one to one level to explain  exactly what they want, they rely on an automatic system that isn't
even working correctly. My advice is to change our phone numbers to private and let them harrass each other through their interoffice system.

Is this even a legit company? If it is their business ethnics are far beyond standard. They rely totally on an automatic system. Did anyone ever file harassment charges against this company?

Rec'd a call today from 800-832-7675.  A recording of a woman with a very lilting British accent was inquiring for someone who is not at this number.  The 3 options she gave were to accept the call press 1, to take a message press 2, wrong number press 3.  I pressed 3 and she politely advised me, "Sorry for the inconvenience.  Goodbye."  This is a collection agency identified as "Patenaude & Felix Law Offices"  Who cares what they call themselves!  They're debt collectors.  Scum of the earth.

these guys pretend to be a legal office.  they send out pretend summons servers but if you are smart you will find that the lawyers name mentioned is not a part of the office.  just a name tag and he only works criminal cases.......
just another boiler room collection agency as we have so many here in las vegas..

Hate to say it, but if you owe them (their creditors) "some" money, and they don't have your current address, you will have little luck stopping the calls.  They have no obligation to accept a verbal "cease and desist" request.  If they have your address, then they will send you a letter.  This letter usually has a return street address.  You then send a cease and desist letter.
Give them your address ONLY!  Once they have it correct, hang up.

I got a voice message on my cell phone for mark doehner stating that if I did not hang up it meant that he was at my phone number. The phone number on my cell was 1-800-832-7675. I have been divorced from mark doehner for 8 years and I keep getting collection agency calls for him. It is very annoying and I would like to file a complaint. I have kept my married name for the childred who are still going to school. I am on a do not call list and don't understand how their calls are coming through. Thanks...
