Have gotten about 30 calls from these people...either they leave no message or tell me to call RIGHT AWAY and reference an account number. I have called them back several times and have never been able to speak to a human being. They stopped calling for a few weeks and now just started up again recently. Now they leave a name and numver but I have no idea what this is in regards to. I just donot answer it....if something is SO important, why not mail me something and TELL ME what the hell they want.

I have been recieving calls from this 800-837-2434 number for a month. The voice on the message trys to sound intimidating and said to call them IMMEDIATELY. I don't like any one calling my home with any tone of aggresivness and I forwarded their information to the Better Business. They stopped calling. Come to find out this was a $24.00 bill fron the Chicago Tribune for an account that I closed months earlier. WHAT A BUNCH OF JERKS........

I just recieved a call from them this morning. They awoke me out of bed by calling more than once within about 5 minutes. call was marked unknown name unknown number. When i answered they said they were calling for another person who lives in the house. then they asked to leave a message and i agreed. after taking down the number she said i must tell my roommate to have her account number ready. i asked what buisness she (the caller) was from so she  (my roommate) would know what account number to have. she refused to give me the name however offered to give out her account number! I cant believe they just hand out peoples account numbers! i told her not to give me her account number ( i found it to be odd that they would hand that out ) and because I didnt take her account number the woman started getting rude with me asking for MY name! i told her my name was none of her business and she said that she wanted my name so she could explain to my roommate why she didnt get the message! i found this EXTREEMLY RUDE because  i had already witten down the message she originally came with and the only thing i wasnt going to take down was something i had asked about and wasnt needed for the message. I explained to her that my roommate WOULD be recieving the message, that her attitude was completely uncalled for, and that she had no business saying that i wasnt going to give her the message. yet she kept going saying how she wanted MY NAME and saying extreemly rude comments and herassing me. Finally i had to yell at her to get her to stop enough for me to quick hang up before she could say more. The people at this number are extreemly rude. I suggest that if you answer the phone and they start giving you this number JUST HANG UP. even if you try to help or work with them they are rude and will herass you. I intend to call the number back myself to find out their business name and talk to the head of the company about my experience. an unwanted caller indeed

Same here, Signed up for 12 weeks chicago tribune for a charity drive. Well, we got a bill for around 15. We talked to the trib and they said no worries, then we get the call from The jerks Beihl and Beihl. Aggressive, rude, saying we got the paper.  We called the trib and they removed us from their collection,so they say. Sad to say , no more charities for me after the bad experience. I told friends and family and now they will cancel the tribune as well.

This company keeps calling our office and leaving vague but mildly threatening messages on our voice mail.  I will be contacting the NC Attorney General's office to play the messages for them.  We have no business dealings with them and we have listed our number on the do not call registry.  Our Attorney General in NC takes these violations very seriously.  Many such companies have already been prosecuted in our state.

The Orlando Sentinel will renew your newspaper subscription whether you like it or not. Then they will try to bill you for a week or two that you didn't order or want. Then they get this collection agency to bug you for 10 bucks.

This company sent me a letter about owing the Chicago Tribune $10.00.  This winter I had cancelled my newspaper and paid the final bill, so i wrote back to Biehl and Biehl telling them that I did not owe anything to the Tribune.  Now they are calling me--can I report them and the Tribune for harrassment?

I call back, and nobody answers, ever. I guess me needing to call isn't that important. I don't put in the extension, because I've already spoken to 'Adam Blaha', and he's a dick, and I don't want to deal with him, anymore. I've asked for them to stop calling, yet they won't.

Does anybody know how to block a number?

Adam Blaha has yelled, cursed, and threatened each person in my family at least once. When we take messages or don't answer the phone, and we call the number left in the message, nobody answers. We do NOT owe money. We've asked him/them not to call anymore, yet they continue to do so. They NEVER tell us what company they are, or their website, or give us to a supervisor. I've been hung up on three times. I want them blocked from calling.

Oh, and here's the police station, there. I think if they get enough emails like this:

They're harassing more people than I can count on my fingers. I figured you'd want to know.
They're rude, they curse, yell, and demand. They're impolite. They call every five minutes, at odd hours of the day/night. They leave threatening messages. When we try to call them back, nobody answers. Not even the 'Operator'. Not to mention the fact that the company voicemail sounds completely unprofessional, and like a scam; actually, all of the staff voicemails, do, as well. I don't know what to do, but I figured you could check it out. I know at least five families, personally that would be eternally grateful.

That they'll do something about it.

Unhappy w/ Charity Drives replies to yupp111

I'm in the same exact situation!  Someone came to my door for a charity drive and asked me to sign up for the Daily Herald.  They mentioned that I could easily cancel it if I didn't want it later.  I proceeded to cancel the subscription a month later and apparently it was never canceled because now Biehl and Biehl is after me for the 13 dollars!

What I want to know is if Biehl and Biehl reports this to your credit report as an unpaid collection.  Has anyone checked their credit report after getting a collection notice from Biehl and Biehl?  I'm very concerned as I'm about to refinance my property.

Thanks for any information you can give me.

Does anyone know if Biehl and Biehl reports their collection accounts to the credit report agencies?  I am really concerned since I'm about to apply for a new loan and I need a spotless credit report.  Has anyone checked their credit report from Transunion, Experian, or Equifax after dealing w/ these Biehl & Biehl clowns?

I would be extremely angry if they reported it to the credit agencies over 10 dollars!
