- HJ BOTT| 12 repliesThis is supposedly an auto warranty firm that covers Chrysler products. The Email address << http://warrantyfinance.accounts-in-view.com >>, to be contacted for on-line payments, brings up NOTHING, or with a "www." addition brings up an ongoing string of PORNO addresses. Is it possible that WARRANTY FINANCE,LLC - WFC, 300 Wacker Drive, Ste 2250, Chicago.IL 60606, (312) 261-4800 is simply another good ole American scam. If there are "no comments for this..." 800 #, as noted above, it does not bode well for legitamacy. No wonder, every month they keep saying we have not paid and will be cancelled ........... but it goes on for another and another and another month, always at the WRONG address, AFTER PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE and cleared the bank. Does anyone know anything about this"... Warrenty Payment Processing Center"? Is this another Identy Theft operation?

- anonymous replies to HJ BOTTSame thing has happened to me. They asked my VIN#, make, model, and year of my car and I gave them info regarding direct payment. I have been charged $171 per month. The contract that they sent had a completely different name-sounded like my name. I received another call today and when I returned the call, the person I spoke to was very secretive about where I was calling. When I asked why they called, they said they did not and had no record of my phone number even though they have been harassing me monthly. I will now cancel all payments.
Does anyone know if they can deduce any other identifying info with the info I have already given? - Dachsie| 12 repliesI have received several letters and phone calls from Warranty Finance, LLC-WFC, 300 S Wacker Dr. Ste 2250, Chicago, IL 60606, Tele: 312-261-4800 trying to take out automatic payments on the extended warranty.
Because I suspected them of being fraudulent, I closed my bank account and opened a new one. They are now trying to deduct automatically from my bank account that I cancelled. I also reported them to the credit bureau as being fraudulent. My bank even returned to my account the deduction that this company initially charged which was a fair amount. - Dachsie replies to Dachsie| 3 repliesI forgot to say that a while ago I tried to send them an email to cancel the warranty. The web address in the letter they sent me says to to call them at(800) 839-7940 to make a payment or visit them on the web at http://warrantyfinance.accounts-in-view.com to update my credit card information with ePay. In addition, I had a voice message from them as well this evening. Needless to say, I will not contact them now or ever.
- Buttons replies to Dachsie| 7 repliesyour case sounds exactly like mine, i made four payments before becoming aware of this. I did the same thing closed my account, and the bank refunded my money. When i tried to call and cancel the lady transfered my call and everytime no one ever answered the phone!
- BB replies to Buttons| 3 repliesThe same thing happened to me. I asked if they from the auto co. They said yes so i have paid out 1500.00 and when I tried to contact them, I could never get anyone to answer.or They would put me on hold. I knew then that I had been duped by the crooks. bb
- sad replies to BB| 2 repliesWell the same thing has happened to me, i found out after the card that i was using to pay them was over the limit,
so i pray for you to receive all your money back while you pray for me be bless,
sad. - sross| 3 repliesI received an PAST DUE notification, stating that my warranty contract would be canceled due to my previous payment had not been received, I know that my bank cleared that as well as the other payments, and after reading and hearing from others, I'll be a monkeys uncle if I send them another dime. And like the rest its been almost next to impossible to connect with a live customer service rep,and the website will not let you into it. I am convinced that this is a scam as well.
- Mikey replies to sross| 1 replyI have been having the same problems as you folks in terms of trying to get some customer service from Warranty finance. I do a ligitimate waranty card and account #. I just called and spoke a gentalman who looked up my account info and stated that I do have coverage and that extended warranty corp is for real. My only other concer is that I received a notice of credit card expiration and after reading everybody elses stories I hesitate to renew? You folks are right thought. The http://warrantyfinance.accounts-in-view-.com and the phone number (800)839-7940 don't get any response. give me some advice please. Thanks.

4-20-2008 i would like to canceled .
Thank Karol richmond - Concerned Customer replies to DachsieYes... Extended Warranty is a SCAM.
If you notice on that website link, that they have the "All seeing eye" of the Illuminati.
Warn anybody who makes the same mistake we did, by taking them up on their offer and having them deny you coverage. - MAD AS HELL! replies to MikeyI agree with you all. I was having problems with my starter and my radio on my truck and decided to take advantage of my coverage. First, of all they kept giving me the run around, they wanted me to call the company that I get my oil changes from and give them copies of all my oil changes, which has nothing to do my starter or radio. I faxed them the info, and waited on them to respond. My car sat in the shop for 3 days before they decided to tell me that the parts were not covered. So I called them to cancel my coverage. So hopefully this is the end of them.
- Debra| 7 repliesI have received repeated calls from this Warranty Finance company. On one occasion I requested what company they are working for and the caller hung up on me. After that I pushed the 2 button to request no further calls and with in 20 minutes I was called form a 909 area code (I think) and it was the same type message--my vehicle warranty was about to expire---etc. I just found that my father is making payments to this company. I have called to make a claim to see if I receive a call back. I am 100 % sure this company is a scam.
- Bill replies to Buttons| 2 repliesBefore buying the extended warranty, I told the salesperson what I needed repaired and she told me those items were covered. I questioned her about certain items but she insured me that they were covered. I took the vehicle in to get fixed and nothing was covered. I paid 850.00 up front and my account has been drafted 3 times (181.60 per month). I talked to Tony Taylor from the company and sent him a fax stating I wanted to cancel immediately and wanted a full refund because I was misled. He said he would cancel the warranty but could not refund any money because it was past 60 days. I hope everyone stays away from this company!!!!
- Jorge SanchezI have been making payments for six months, I recently needed some info
from them but every time I call I get a msg. saying that the phone #
I am diling does not exist.
I hope Somebody Can get this people to pay what they have been doing.... - BD in HawaiiSame thing here in Hawaii. These people seem to have enough information that they try to target the elderly, who often cannot tell the difference between a valid bill or phone call, and a scam. These people are truly evil. They contacted my mother and convinced her she needed to pay for an extended waaranty on her car. They managed to get her checking account number (we had her cancel all her credit cards). Our family recongnized the scam and cancelled her checking account before they could deduct funds. They continue to send nuisance invoices saying her warranty is cancelled and she needs to pay up.
Why hasn't the Better Business Bureau investigated these people and shut them down, and the feds investigated and convicted these people of fraud? It seems people can get away with any scam these days and make enough money to dig out before anyone does anything about it. I am glad to see that there are avenues on the internet to warn people about these con artists.- Caller: warranty finance,llc-wfc
