I received a call from 561-588-4598. The caller left a message asking to call  800-841-3520. Sounded like a collection agency.

I received a call from this number. The man said his name is Ted Lee. It sounded like a collection agency. Since I only have medical debt it must be that.

I received a very wired phone call which I did not answerer it, but "Ted Lea" left me a message... He told me to call the 1800 841-3520. He or the rerecorded voice gave me the case number, and told me to use this number when I call them back. What a wiredo....

I received a voice mail message from Ted Lee at my job but the message indicated it was my husband they were calling and left a case number.  I called back and asked the name of the business, we don't have Caller ID at work, and was told it was Doctors Business System.  When I stated that the call was for the wrong person, the lady asked for the case number so the phone number could be removed from the database.  I kept inquiring as to the nature of the business and the reason for the call, she became more rude-demanding the case number-and then hung up on me.

After reading all the info on this web-site it is safe to say that this is a scam. I received this call today @ 12:57pm. I don't have any Dr. bills and I noticed that the area code (561) is located in Palm Beach Co. and the prefix (588) is located in the Lake Worth area. I called back and the lady seemed very nice (this place sounded like a boiler room big SCAM)I asked her what was the nature of the call, gave her the case # and she asked me what was my name. I gave her a fictitious name and she told me sorry for the call laughed and told me to have a nice day. NO SUCKER HERE!!!

Sure it was a bill collector or sales. I hung up as soon as it started.

I got a call from a ted lee, I don;t owe money so I know its a scam.

I've been receiving recorded messages from this number on a weekly basis since I got my new phone. The name of the individual they are asking for is spoken in a computer voice and is not my name. An account number is also given: "7527030"
They make themselves sound like a debt collection agency but I think its a scam.
So far I've just been ignoring their calls, but need to look into how I can block the number. The number they call from is 1-561-588-4598 but the number they ask you to call is 1-800-841-3520

I received a phone call & message telling me to call 1-800-841-3520. They gave me a case #. When I called, a man answered the phone, "Hello". I told him that I received a message. He asked me the case #. I gave it to him and he addressed me by name and asked me if I was sitting down. I asked, "Why?" He laughed and said that I owed $26.00 to a local cities radiology. I said that I have never received anything from them. He told me that I could pay it by credit card. It didn't sound right. I told him that I would figure out what card I wanted to use and call him right back. I googled the number and it brought me to this site. I then googled the office that he said that I owed money to and it doesn't exist.

I received the phone call too, but unfortunately I do not have the originating number, I do have the number they want me to call back to and it is 1-800-841-3520.  I called the number and received a voice mail stating that the owner was Ted Lee, and that I should leave my name account# and other information for them to reach me.  Does anyone know how to get the caller shutdown?  I plan on calling to see who I owe money to but from another number, and try to help identify what else is obvious of what they are.

this person keeps calling my cell phone and i ask them not to call this number it does not belond  to jade nickerson and keep calling i wish they would stop call me.it is some kind of collection agency i dont know who it is.this is my personal cell phone. i want them to stop call me.

They must have a way of seeing people who have recently been in the hospital or have medical expenses.  I owed a Radiology group for a CT scan my son had (which was paid).  They almost convinced me until I started asking for dates and more personal information regarding the care received.  They hung up.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!I can not believe that they have not been stopped yet, due to reading all of the above and other sites regarding this number.  The caller ID shows Ted Lee 561-588-4598.  However, they ask you to call back an 800 number and give you a case number.  This of course frightens anyone these days and they get the calls back.  I know people fall for this and that is what is truly frightening.

I found the same automated message on my uncle's answering machine. Ted Lee (?) saying I need to call 1-800-841-3520 and gave and account number (not case number).  I was about to call back when I remembered to check it out on the internet.  Searching this number brought me here.

Insetad of trying to find out just who these creeps are, I suggest calling the states atorney's office and regestering a complaint.  THEY have the time and lawyers to go after these people.

Yeah, I know I owe money! If I had Medical Insurance, I wouldn't owe you anything! But I can't afford Insurance, which means I can't afford to pay you either! Please quit bothering me, I have enough to deal with... I lost my job, Because I was injured ON THE JOB & can no longer perform my work duties... Workers Comp has decided that since I can no longer do my work duties, they no longer have to pay me... So here I sit, In PAIN 24 hours a day / 7 days a week... No Money coming in and Bills piling up! I can't get assistance, (probably because I speak English)... I applied for Unemployment, but can't get it, because I can't perform my previous work duties... I applied for Social Security Disability, but can't get it, because they say I can be a phone solicitor - which requires me to do some of my Permanant Work Restrictions, that I'm not able to do! Where do I go from here? I don't know, but PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!

Scam call.

At first I didn't know who was calling. But after a little digging at state website I found out who these scum bags really are. Ted Lee is a fictitious name their real name as listed with the State is:
