Got a call from this phone number. I don't owe anyone anything.These people didn't leave a message. It came on my cell phone.

I got the call too on my cell phone... didnt answer... they left no message.  Strange!

call me and they put me on hold, we got connected they knew me name, ask me if i was happy with directv i said no, no answer back, got disconnected and a verizons voice service call. very wierd.

Got a call but they never left a voicemail.  I don't owe money to anyone.

Yeah, those jackholes call me this sunday morning.  I answered hello several times.  He finally said "is (my name) available.  He sounded Asian.  I simply hung up.  No second call yet. So, I googled the # and here I am.

I tried calling the number and all I got was a busy signal.  I did not answer the call when I received it.  I am so tired of people calling and misleading people with their names on caller id, I think there should be a law making companies to reveal their real names on caller id.

I get 1 or 2 calls from this number on my cellphone everyday...even the weekends. I've never answered, but today a message was left. They claimed it was from a company called "CollectTech"...I don't owe anybody any money, so I'm guessing it is a scam. I've heard this is a popular scam...pretending to be a collection company.  Anyway, I called the number they left within 5 minutes, and it said they were closed

Alright, for those of you who have claimed the caller was 'Allied Interstate' please note this.  Allied Interstate has been known for identity theft so beware of your actions towards the caller.

I get a call on my cell phone at 8 am for my mother...why she would ever get calls on that number or anyone would even know that number she doesn't even remember it.  Anywho when I ask to take a message he states he needs to reach her immediately I tell him I will get her the message ASAP, he insist on her number.  I refuse and he states it is regarding an insurance matter I caved and gave him her number after looking here I am sorry I did.

I got a call from them today.  They asked for me by name, and when I asked "Who's calling?" the called asked again, "Is this Stuart?"  I told him to call again when he is prepared to be polite.  Glad to find out here that it was probably a scam.  We do have some outstanding bills, but I don't think this was any legitimate collection agency.

Called and asked for the person attached on my DirectTV service bill. Said he was not around, asked for wife, she wasn't around. I asked if the call was in regard to DirectTV and said he cannot elaborate unless I have power of attorney. I said I can take a message and he said he would call back, then he hung up on me.

Continue to call over and over again.

They tried me on my cell Friday and today (Monday). I don't answer #'s I don't recognize, but I called back from another phone and got a busy signal. I think they tried to call me about a month ago, too, and a guy named Raoul left me a message? It's hard to tell, there are so many scams out there...

i get calls from this number usually a couple times, every few days, but i've never answered.  very annoying and most likely illegal in washington but i haven't followed it up.

I keep getting calls from this number. Usually around 8am PT, noon and around 6pm PT. I don't usually pick up numbers I don't know, but will pick it up and update this site with my news as soon as I answer the number. Thank you

Keeps calling my business cell!

I missed a call from the 800 number, and they left no message. When I called the number back, it rang busy. The next day, at 8:30pm PT I get a call from: 818-575-5400 (Its a California number, but its ilegal calling hours for collection agencies/telemarketers), I didnt answer the call, but I returned the call and got an automated system claiming to be Allied Interstate, I looked up the company any many reports claim that Allied Interstate walk the line of being legitimate.

Ive worked in collections before and if you are getting calls from these folks and you dont want to be (regardless if you actually owe a debt or not) you can tell them you would like to 'cease & desist' which is an act for consumers to stop collection calls.

If they still dont stop, you can visit this government site & file a complaint against them, and they will be investigated.

I know of people who have actually filled lawsuits against 800 numbers who are illegally calling. so if they are really barking up your leg, doesnt hurt to give it a go.

Called my mom and was very rude and disrepectful she forwarded the phone which is her and in her name to her cell a call from this number came thru and she answered it and asked them to not call again and they got really rude then hung up on her i'm the one they need to talk to not her she tried to tell them and they just wanted to play games
