Please call Mr. Blazik at 1-800-856-0420, ext. 5272 on a serious mattter. Must have internal... I called main number and asked what kind of company it was. The person who answered the phone told me they could not tell me.

Got a voice mail message after hours on our business phone.  The caller said she was verifying employment or trying to reach Mr. X (a former employee of ours).  Caller said she was Michelle Lee at 1-800-856-0420, ext. 5356.  Apparently this is a collection agency located in Houston TX called FMA Alliance.

received a call from Mr. Blasik with an 800 number and an internal record number.  Message stated it was in reference to a serious matter.

Need to talk to ----- please call mrs. Smith at extension 5269 at 800-856-0420 reference to file number 19946189.  They never leave a number on my caller I.D. just states  "unknown number" and they call all day long, who are these people?

they are a collection agency they may not be looking for you but for some one you know or are related to!
and they will not stop even after you tell them they have the wrong person. never tell them you know the person if do because they will never stop calling you. ever! I have been getting calls from that same Mrs. smith for years we have huge fights over the phone nothing works the people are nasty and ruthless.

There was a message on my machine when I got home. Rather rudely, she states. "TN call Mrs Whitley at 800-856-0420 Ext 5400 in regards to call reference file 21147-464" and abruptly cuts off in mid sentence. I call the number back at 10:PM but the extension number is invalid, the voice they use for the directory is not understandable, and all representatives are too busy right now. Then they get stuck on wanting me to dial the extension. They never said that no body is there!
These people suck. I think they are collectors, but I don't own anybody.

This is FMA Alliance, a medical bill collection service.  They are rude, nasty, and relentless.  When I hear "if this is not ..." I just set the phone down on the desk and use up their nickel.  They eventually hang up.  What they are doing is illegal since they are not supposed to discuss legal, private issues with other than the principal, and they cannot prove to whom they disclosed confidential information.

I called the No and said that the person is not available and now they want your name, social and address just to confirm that you are not the person that they are calling for.... guess what happens after that!!!! they do have all your information... HOW TO GET RID OF THEM???? I did not give them the info hung up

Yes, I just rec'd a call from my parents about this company that they were looking for someone in my husband's family and that he put them down as a reference and they don't know my parents much less their phone number or their address.  This is a collection agency.  If you get a call, they are FMA Alliance and their address is 11811 N. Freeway, Suite 900, Houston, Texas  77060.  You need to send them a letter certified mail return receipt requested that they are never to contact you again via phone and legally they cannot contact you again. I hope this helps. I sent our letters out today.

800 856 0420 on my caller ID. 30 times, 3 times a day. They left a recorded message (the kind that's commercially produced by hiring an advertising firm using a man's voice that's TOO LOUD, obnoxious, and illegal! Don't talk to ANYONE, EVER! DON'T CALL THEM BACK!  
 If they send you a letter, that's good and all you need to go online and file a complaint with your State's Attorney General's Office Fraud Division using all the information the scammers supply to you in the collection letter!
That's what your Attorney General is for, reporting FRAUD (especially like these phone fiend, scumbags, thieves.

They are a pain, but all that needs to be done is to file a complaint in your state.  These days complaints are going through the roof and the more pressure the better, the laws will change,

Block their number. I guess all phone companies now provide number (call) blocking services. My ViaTalk.com allows me to block unlimited numbers from ever reaching me, and I can choose a busy signal, or "Please never call this number again" message or couple more messages they would hear. And this service is free and can be done from my account access at their web site.

Call comes in listed as "toll free call" but the machine captures the number as 1-800-856-0420. No one ever answers but if you call the number back, they say the call may be monitored and please wait while they locate an agent.  The announcement does say thank you for calling F&A services or something like that.

I have to figure they are some form of collection agency looking for the previous owner of this phone number. They call 3-4 times a day and on Sundays and even being on the "do not call list" does not stop them.
