Recorded message says this is a debt collection call, and to please call Miss Edwards at 1-800-860-4200

Keep calling me and I never get a full message, it's a recording that the beginning is cut off from - just the end of the phone number, a repeat of the phone number and then an ID number.  Have NO IDEA why they keep calling over and over!

They continue to call and leave me messages, when I call back all I get is a voice mail, I would like them to cease and decist frome calling our house

The recorded caller mumbled a name of a collection agency - Mainland? Said it was an attempt to collect a debt. Asked to call a Miss Edwards. This call came on the heels of a computer security configuration settings change. I'm beginning to associate bogus phone calls with computer changes. After investigating the relationship between high frequency impulse noises on my DSL phone line I've found some interesting circumstantial relationship between these bogus "collection agency" phone calls and computer intrusion attempts. I wonder if Homeland Security is using different bandwith to monitor US Citizens?

I keep getting the message to call Miss Edwards too!  A male voice leaves a message that this is an attempt to collect a debt.  It rattlles off this number and a reference ID number as well.  NO CLUE why they keep calling!

We have received many,many phone calls from this number and they never say who they want to speak with just to call Ms. Edwards.  My son has paid all of his student loans, we have no outstanding debts, so why the calls. This is so rude and annoying.

My husband gets this call and its a guy who just says that he needs his permission and that we need to call back. I called back and they are a collections agency. My husband apparently had a hospital bill. The woman was really nice and is arranging a payment plan for us.

We get this call once a month. My husband has tried to call back but cannot get through. Is this a scam?

This man leaves a message to call Ms. Edwards--however I can't understand the number.  I have no clue who they are.  When I call the number that is on by ID box a man states that this call can not be completed.

This person calls about a debt and he is collecting for a Ms. Edwards.  I can get a number and I find this a little unsettling.  This person seemed to hide their number and caller ID so I don't know who it really doing this.

the call comes up as anonymous, then a man's voice records a message that you can't hardly understand.  But he says to call Mrs. Edwards at 1 800-860-4200, they call late at night and early in the morning.

Called 8-8-2008 @ 10:37, left message to call Mrs. Edwards.  NCO Financial was the stated company on message, collection agency.

The people working here are the lowest of low! I told one lady she probably was a pill head, needing money for her oxycontin habit. I must have hit a nerve, boy did she get mad! Next time they call I'm going to tell them there's a BETTER job, ON THE STREET CORNER!
