    Yeah, Right!
Got a call from 214-414-1037.  They left a message to call 800-860-5587.  I called it and Anthony answered.  When I asked him what company this was, he did not answer and asked for my name.  When I told him that I wanted his company name first, he responded with "What number did we call you at?"  Told him that this must be a wrong number and hung up.

Give you my name & number?  Yeah, Right!

This is a scam company they will call say you owe money for a loan and that if you don't pay they will process is through the courts and have you thrown in jail which won't happen. All it is a group of people from India that hacked into payday loan accounts and got people's information they have no proof of who the loan belongs to or what you owe. If they get your email they will harass you that way to just report them and the number.  If it was an actual legal company they will address them self and will work with you and will have your in info also these looser will even try to scare you by changing there number to come up as 911 please like that would happen just be careful they are the biggest pices of trash

If this company can not or will not give informative info. They are an scam company. No company under the federal laws should be sending you  threatening messages. They can only call your place of work if you ok it if you don't they are to discontinue doing so. Companies as such are hiding behind 877, 855, 800, & 866 free line. These scammers purchase these numbers and used big law businesses to con their predators. Breaking all sorts of laws and discrediting those businesses. People do beware that these people and so called companies buy past accounts for pennies  and attempt to collect thousands of dollars. If they call and can not or will not answer simple questions its not legit. Trying to report them is easy but trying to catch up with them is hard. Contact the actual company of that past due balance and make some arrangements with them. Get copies of your credit reports. Do your homework.

I have received 3 calls 3 days in a row.  No Caller ID  with a message that I need to call them back at 800-860-5587.  I have not called back.  I do not know what they want, but if they were a legitimate company they would leave a company name, phone number and a brief message.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  I have done my homework.  I had my identity stolen twice 3 years ago and am still working on clearing everything up!

Love the above comment, chart of the elements, Brilliant!  This is a scam from ACE Cash Services trying to collect money on anyone who ever had a payday loan at one point.  It's BS don't give them any info or bother calling them back.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.
