- DarrellI received a call today from these yutzes. The caller I.D. showed it as "Cavalry". The message that was left was some lame music. I assume that an operator got online after that but they didn't say anything.
When I called them back they said that they had some personal documents to discuss with me as I am doing business with them. I told him that I had never heard of Cavalry and to not call me again and hung up on him. - LisaI answered a call from them. A woman spoke fast asked for me by my first name, then called me by my last name. She asked for my last four numbers of my ss#, to which I answered who she was. She said something like Calvery. She kept insisting I give her my last 4 of my ss#, then she read off my mailing address and asked if I would verify it. I told her nothing. Then she said something about my business. I informed her that I don't have a business then hung up.

- wassI have been receiving calls from this number along with at least 3 other numbers. I finally answered and they asked my name then wanted me to verify my social...I told them I would not verify any personal info over the phonem then they asked me to verify my address....again I told them I would not verify any personal info over the phone. I asked what is was about and they replied they had personal documents in their office but needed me to verify ky info. I said absolutely not...he said the phones calls will continue. I say go ahead I don't care if you call 50 times a day I will not give out any personal info to someone over the phone. These idiots didn't even state what company they are with and if they are a debt collecter they didn't even state "this is an attempt to collect a debt" waste your time and waste your phone calls you are NO INFO FROM ME!!!
- Philip BurkettCaller asked for Sheliah Jones; Apparently, this account is being sold from agency to agency with my name and number intact as I have been advising several different agencies for the past 5 or six YEARS that this person is unknown to me and not affiliated with my number. Recently, I spoke to Adriana (unintelligible) who identified her agency as Cavalry (or Cavalier) Portfolio Services. I repeated my affirmation to her and asked her to remove my number. I don't expect it to matter, for it'll only be sold to another collection agency. They have called every day except weekends for the past month and a half. I usually ignore the calls, but I'm tired of being harassed. I am keeping a log of all the calls, and I expect soon to start answering and recording my requests to stop calling me - to verify that I've asked them to stop.

Having heard this line many times before, I asked pointblank whether she represented a debt collector. She refused to answer, repeating her purpose, and I replied that managers' calls must be screened before they can be transferred. She started overtalking me, loudly stating that it was none of my business and demanding his voicemail. I was in the process of telling her that personal calls aren't permitted here when she hung up.
