It's HR Block tax people.  STOP Calling!!!!!

This number belongs to Cavalry Portfolio Services. They have already been sued by the AGs of W. Virginia & Virginia for collection activities without a license!

received call from this number on feb 10. they claim to call from H&R

they called multiple times left messages saying they were from h&r but when they called back and i answered it was someone complaining about not being about to pronounce my name and wouldnt say who they were.

I got a phone call today from 1-800-861-9287 and I did not answer the call.  The caller id reads 800-service.  Thanks for posting this information.

H&R Block trying to get business in Kansas City. I do not use H&R Block and never have. Its a cell phone they are calling.  I live in upstate NY not Kansis City.

Get calls from this 800 number on my house and cell phone. They will not identify themselves but a recorded voice constantly repeats to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. Who in the heck would be dumb enough to enter their social and not know who the caller is.
