- C StoryClaims they are working with the booking of a GMA event for my company. I am a home based business and the only employee, so I know if there were any travel plans. They are leaving bogus messages hoping to make a telemarketing sale. Advice don't call back unless you love sales calls.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- AGReceived an urgent call from them pushing our company to book our conference hotel rooms through them. "Sara" left their number so I could call them back. In the meantime, got notice from the conference organizers that it was a scam. She called again this morning and acted pretty put off that I told her we weren't doing business with them, that we heard it was a scam.

- LSThink foreign accent. Called regarding the MESA Conference in Denver which is not for six more months telling me that we MUST book ASAP. I said that I will deal with it later, it is in six months and he hung up on me. HA!
Definitely a scam.- Caller: 1-800-864-5430
- LEXIGot a call from Emily, could not pronounce the Hinman Dental Conference in her message. Immediatley was suspicious and googled the 800-864-5430 and confirmed it was a scam.
- Call type: Event reminder
- JW"Victor" called claiming to represent the NAPNAP conference in Orlando - booking rooms for the Hilton Orlando which only "has a few rooms left". Claimed he would send me a pdf to fill out with all my information. Right.... Sounded like he was at a call center of some kind judging from background noise. Of course, both the conference and the hotel confirmed my suspicion that it was a scam.
- Call type: Event reminder
- EWreceived a message from Isabella asking me to call back concerning the BIO Conference.
- Caller: not given
- DLMessage left on my answering machine. Caller left a completely garbled message, and then (clearly) urged me to call back at 909-948-5878 to get additional details. Sounded like a very busy call center judging from the background noise. I could hear other operators voicing the same spiel in the background. I was suspicious, so I checked 800notes. Scam.

- 643Voice mail left on my alternate office phone. "Isabella" from "Exhibition Housing Services" was calling about the "Florida restaurant show" I was attending in September and asked me to call her back at 909-748-5875. I was hesitant at first and frustrated that they know closely related information to my job. So sad. Thank you 800notes for helping innocent people avoid scammers and liars!

- WBVictor called us, too (although on the do-not call list) and left a message which was hard to understand, but urged to call back at 909-270-2446. We were glad to find the 800notes.

- AndrewI booked with them once before for a convention in Orlando.. They are not a scam they just have cheaper rates than whats offered online. I was confused when I first got a call but they seemed organized in their follow ups and they also offer low rates.

- Andrewthis company is a private business that has nothing to do with the trade show I will be attending although the presented themselves over the phone as calling on behalf of my trade show organization.
The simple "steal" the names and phone numbers etc - that's very bad - DFM&E100% a scam.
Good rule to follow...never give your ccard or personal information to ANYONE calling YOU unless you know them.
This group is targeting exhibitors lists posing as official housing agents for various shows. They are calling one of the shows I am the official housing agent for so I know this to be - 100% - a scam. Not authentic in anyway. 100% should not be trusted with your valuable personal information.
Just hang up.
Good to know - A professional housing company representing a tradeshow will never call it's exhibitors unless they are calling and referring you to the OFFICIAL TRADESHOW'S website to follow the links to book your reservations. Always start with your tradeshow's link in the browser. When in doubt, hang up and go to the official website you know to be authentic or call the phone number noted on the website. This way you know your dealing with the authentic company hired to manage your show's hotels.
Just like an email from your "bank", never follow a link on an email. Go back to your browser and enter your bank's website.
There is never a good reason to take any risk whatsoever over booking a hotel room.- Caller: Exhibition Housing Service

- MichelleVictor called to offer discounted rates if we booked now for a conference in June. We get these calls all the time, I just ask for their contact info and tell them I'll call them back.

- Association RepresentativeThis company, Exhibition Housing Services, deceptively contacts exhibitors and sponsors alleging to represent associations and trade organizations with housing and related services related to upcoming conferences and/or conventions. Avoid this company and advise your exhibitiors and sponsors to do this same.

- BobSame as all the above. I got scammed out of $842. Said they represented the trade show and that there were few rooms left. I booked 4 nights at the conference hotel in Sand Diego before I found out that this was a scam. Now I have to rebook at another hotel as the trade show hotel is completely booked and pay again. Spoke to Exhibition Housing Services through their face book account and they said I already checked in and used the 4 nights. Funny but the conference is not until April...:(

- Dave KI received a call from one of my exhibitors asking me if we are running out of hotel rooms for our show that is 8 1/2 months away. I said, "no way, we actually have run of the hotel for our conference. Why?" They told me that they were contacted by Exhibition Housing Services by phone and was emailed the link to fill out the hotel reservation form online and should hurry because only 18 rooms were left. She sent me the email. The form is placed on a legitimate site called Rightsignature.com (I have since contacted this company to let them know their site being used to run the scams).
Exhibition Housing Services has since been confronted by my exhibitor about their scam. I have since reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the planner's office in Diamond Bar, CA (where they list their offices) and rightsignature.com. My vendor reported them to the FBI site.
Do not use this company under any circumstance!- Caller: Exhibition Housing Services
- jesjust received a call from "noah adams" and was concerned about our booking for the TASA midwinter conference( I already knew this was a scam due to their website stating they have people posing as them on their website) anyways, I told him we had booked already and he said I bet you cant name 3 hotels that they are partnered with and I said uhh, the raddison(spelling), the Omni and the hyatt and he said, "haha, well its easy when you look it up online and I said "HAHAH(mocking him)" and hung up on him. he then called RIGHT back and said if you are going to lie - make it a better one.
