Received a call from a Dave Shantler at this number. He said it was about a Google AdWords outstanding balance. Obviously a typical Google mix-up, as the account has a credit owed to me, of $160.23.

Recieved a call from a John from Commercial Collection Corp. on behalf of a temp agency trying to collect payment on another company with a similar sounding name to our company.  I asked him if he had done a search on Google, which would show that there are several companies that have similar names to the one he was looking for and the one he was trying to collect on was listed.  

John then made a comment that showed he doubted that I was telling the truth and hung up on me.  I hope that is the last I hear of him.

It isn't hard to verify facts about the company you are supposed to be collecting on, like the correct name and telephone number to call for starters.

My business partner ran up a bunch of debt ($13k+) with a supplier of our business then defualted on it. They call the both of us in attempts to collect the debt.

Dain called and was very unpleasant. rude, rude, rude, rude.

Google Adwords cheated me out of a promotional offer and this company is strong-arming me for $210.  Really sad Google... will NEVER use your service again.  I don't believe in it, never seen the value, and telling everyone I know.

Whenever I receive a call it would just be so refreshing if people would straight out state who they are, where they are calling from and why... that way I don't have to play the 21 questions game.  Do not call and tell me you're from an acronym... seriously, that raises a red flag, and then a vague explanation as to why you are calling... upon further digging I finally get an admission that she's cold calling.

Ginny from CCC (Commercial Collection Corp) calling for our CEO about "Money owed to our company" aka she wants us to use her company to do our collections.  We are not interested, especially after reading how your employees are shady when collecting that debt... thanks no thanks.

This company is a massive scam.  Received a call from them after a client claimed they were contacted.  They told the client they were a "google rep" about money owed on an ad words account, which is impossible because this client doesnt do that.

Contact them and not surprisingly the "rep" is not available.

Do not believe what you are told and be careful.  This is NOT COMING FROM GOOGLE.  If you contact them they make it clear they do not use companies like this to collect debt

Hi, some guy named Marcus Swift called, wanted to speak to my boss, said it was about an acct. when I further questioned him he shut down and hung up on me. I called the number he gave me and got a Colletion corp. The lady put me through to him. I tried to tell him we don't owe anyone anything and we would not need their services for collection for people who owe us. I told him his number came up as a harrassing phone number and he said I was a liar and hung up for a second time.

Just received a voicemail from a blocked number asking me to call 800-873-5212 x250 because I have a past due balance of $2345.15 for my Google Cloud Platform.  Rrrrriiiiggghhhhttttt..... I'll get right on that.  Smh

I just got the same call this morning!

SCAM! Just got call blocked number. They left a message not stating the company for which they work for. I called back only to find out they had no information on what the $325 I owe to collections is as they will have to send me an invoice. Also they had an address for 12 years ago on file. SCAM!!

Got a voice mail message on an unused line from "Offices of Trevor Hughes" which is a sleazy collection agency, then an email "invoice" from this different firm calling "Trevor Hughes" their representative, using this number 800-873-5212. As others have mentioned regarding this number, it claims to be trying to collect on a Google AdWords balance. We do not use Google AdWords. Of course not going to dignify their scam by contacting them to tell them they're full of it. It would be great it they would expend a bunch of their costly time fruitlessly trying to collect a debt that doesn't exist, though it would be even better if they were shut down. Although they may be organized as a business to collect debts, the fact that they take on unproved "debts" that they haven't bothered to check for legitimacy before harassing people makes them a scam outfit.

The scam du jour is calling itself THE COMMERCIAL COLLECTION CORPORATION OF NEW YORK, 34 Seymour St, Tonawanda NY 14150 and also uses the number 716-213-1100 and their footer notes they are NOT licensed to "collect" AKA strongarm money out of people who don't owe, in our state.

They called the company phone and asked to speak to someone in accounts payable..we do not owe any money and don’t need help in collecting debts.. will not be contacting these con artists!

They keep calling us for different numbers but is the same scammy company… never picked up but the messages I get are fishy plus they got the name of our company backwards.. not is!
