This is a marketing company and we are on the do not call list and they still call several times a day and it is just an automated system no one to ever talk to

Telemarketing company that said they would advertise our business on the local college campus television station -- 24 hours a day, for a month for $99.00.  Great -- just the advertising we want -- college students, from out of town, who have no money and own no property -- we are a high end landscaping company -- just the type of business that NO college student will spend their hard earned money with!!!  What a waste of my time!

This companany has been calling my line 10 times an hour over the last to days. I have aksed them to stop calling here and yet they still are!

i think JK post hit the nail on the head !
i own a race shop that builds racing car chassis there is no way a kid in school can afford to buy a custom built car from me .
even if thay could he or she is in school so when are they going to use it ?
talk about totally missing your target market i would not want to do business with a CO. that has no idea what my target market is .
they should call licqueur stores and bars insted of waiting my time to call them to have my number removed from there call list when after 4 time of doing so they still keep calling me .

Company using robocaller.  "We're PMA; the company that provides television based advertising in your local bars" etc etc  They offer the option to be removed by pressing 8.  We're on the do-not-call list, which they clearly don't care about violating.  The give a bogus "You can contact us at..." since the number is disconnected.

If the number they called you on is for a business, the Do Not Call list does not apply.  Business to business calls are not covered.  Only callers offering the sale of goods or services to personal numbers are required to not call numbers on the Do Not Call registry.

Rec'd junk call from 949-988-2504 - [2:30pm, 42 secs., msg left] - did not answer. Reverse Lookup only provided landline, from Irvine (L.A.), Calif. This time the dirtbags said advertise in front of colleges at $95/month, and to call 800-880-1906, back on 8-1-13, that I got to posting today.

"Local College Television Network Advertising as little as $95.00 per month." Yeah, sure!

I also researched their call-back # of 800-880-1906, and nothing but more complaints.

Who in his right mind would want to advertise to a bunch of college kids that can't read cursive writing, and little comprehension skills... other than to just waste your monies. Want more proof? just reported them, again, to www.donotcall.gov.  it only works if you report them, people.  and, yes, you may have to take a moment longer and report them multiple times, but it's better than just complaining without doing anything about it.

True, but if you have asked to be removed from their list and they continue to call you, you do have the right to file a complaint with www.donotcall.gov.

Reporting sales calls to businesses is a waste of time because the Do Not Call regulation specifically exempts business to business sales calls.  Supposedly if you request to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list and they call after 30 days since your request you can sue the caller but that is about it.

There's a more satisfying way than reporting them to donotcall.gov, which doesn't do anything.

thanks Geo.   This idea sounds WAY more fun than just reporting them.  

caller ID said 949-988-2502 but the 800-880-1906 was listed in the recording.    They may be identifying themselves in the robo bothers, but they aren't qualifying their audience.  No college kid is going to purchase my product.
