Phoned and left no number. Phone # is not valid.

getting mulitple calls from this number.  Answer and no response.  

A robocall saying that AT&T wanted to give me $825, and saying I should go and visit a website to get the money. Wow, AT&T is so nice!  (Right!)

received a call from this number at 8:29 AM and i didnt answer; then it called back 8:49 AM and it was an auto-message saying I've been awarded for being an AT&T customer and to log into some website (i THINK it was something like www.myatt125.com or something) to claim $125 being deducted from my bill... I looked it up and it's a SCAM

Call came left voicemail say to log into www.myatt825.com to claim my $825 dollars. Said " at att we care about you"  site looks legit but seems to be a scam calling 611 to ask att directly.

When I called back number comes up as disconnected. So they are using a number spoofing setup to fake out caller ID

 This number have been calling me over and over

I get calls from this number once a week or more

i answered, recording says to visit website to redeem $503 off my Verizon bill.... Right!
 www.verizon503.com     Surely a SCAM!  Verizon aint giving anyone a discount!

Funny, started getting calls from this number twice within an hour of applying of the HGTV Dream Home give-a-way.  I didn't answer the phone and they did not leave a message.  I called it back and a recording said it's not a valid number

You know, I just got that call today. First it called, I couldn't answer. It called again ten minutes later and like others, ATT wanted to give me 825 dollars... From posts here, looks like Verizon is cheap...  :-)... I too signed on HGTV , but it's been a couple of weeks...  Oh well - momma always taught me, if it sounds too good to be true...

Look everyone, if you see ANY 800 number calling you, it's a scam.

Why?  Because you CANNOT dial-OUT from an 800-number. Only dial-in.  

does anyone know if 800-888-9616 will cost a person anything if they accidentally called it back?  I got a call from this number and was trying to delete the contact number from my cell phone and accidentally called it back...

I got the same call twice this morning. Said they were awarding me $845.00 credit if I go to myatt845.com. Because I'm so sure they would really do that...not.
