I keep getting phone calls asking to acknowledge the name or delete if not that person they want to talk to, recording goes on an on an aon

I'm getting the same message over and over again. it is so anoying, I even tried to call back and all you get is a recording asking to choose the language you want, after couple of minutes of music they pause and nothing ever happens no one answers the calls.

My case is little different. I lost my nice new cell phone , which an Idiot named Peter bought in south jersey. It is a locked phone. This guy thought that he can use the phone, even before finding out he can not, he started giving the no to different places. It looks like, Rubin & Raine is one them.
I talked to a customer rep over there to remove the phone number.

I was surprised to find out later here that it is a collection agency.

Automated call from Rubin & Raine collection agency. Collecting for Robertwood Johnson Hospital. Tell them not to call you if you wish, then they can not bug you by law, especially since if you have no bills coming in from thier client.

they must have called at least 10 times, and I have not received any mail saying I am in debt to anyone. I am really starting to get pissed off, not to mention the software which appempts to say your name is [***] up to say the least.

Anyone getting fake physical debt collection notices from this same company?  They seem to fish for info/go-away-payments on phantom debt accounts to hospitals.

This is a collection agency.  When I called they gave two other names asking me if I new them I told them I did not and inquiry who were they and why my number.  The lady that answered said is a private matter.  I told her to take my number out of their list.

I received a call from this number.  It alleges that two people are register in their computers with my phone number.  I told them that none of them leave in my address.   Unbelievable.

I called them back verified my name. They said they were a collection agency. I told them I had NO DEBT, no outstanding accounts. They told me that they could not provide me with ANY information and the female representative them asked me for my SS# and my date of birth.  I told her never to call me again and hung up..... this is a fradulent operation!!!!!!!!!!

i kept on getting calls from them too, i just called them back, pressed 1 for english, pressed 0 for operator and told them i keep getting calls and i'm not the person they are looking for. the lady was nice, said she was sorry and was taking my number out of the system (i'll believe it over time).

you got to be kidding me, 3 hrs later, this stupid company called me again asking for a different person

if they really need to talk with me, then they should give a detailed message and a call back number----so stupid!  not some robot like call.  who in their right mind will call back an unknown number?

I keep getting a call from these people asking for some other woman. I finally called up and told them on an answering machine I don't who who she is, I don't know her new number and to stop calling already. You can't even speak to a human being either! It's all automated. They give you a number to call and you leave a message and tell them to take you off their list. Obviously if the woman hasn't called back yet, she's not going to and they need to figure out another way to contact her besides by phone. I am sure there's an address with that number. If they call again, I'm going to find a way to talk to an actual person and tell them off.

I keep getting calls from them and they keep asking for my husband but again no one to talk to. I am not aware of any debt owing to any hospital. I know I have not received any bills from this place and I am not answering or dealing with anyone unless I have received a bill. Tired of these type of calls.

I just had a missed call from this number.  Amazingly I also just received a letter in the mail from them for my ex-husband.

They didn't leave a message, so I can only presume they will be calling again later.

I got a voice mail from this place this afternoon. I have no idea who the person is that they were looking for, and the name was difficult to make out. It said to hang up, delete the message, or call 732-676-9408 if I was not the person they were looking for. I would have just erased the message, but it said "by staying on the line, you are acknowledging that you are [insert name]." Ummm, NO. You're leaving a message for the wrong person on a voice mail, which doesn't acknowledge a darn thing! Geniuses. I am not about to let them think that I'm acknowledging that I'm someone who owes them money or some other crap. I called the 732 number and left a message telling them that the person they were looking for was not at this number.  Hopefully they'll go away.

Write down the phone number they tell you to call. Carry it with you at all times. Every chance you get, write that number on bathroom walls, fill it in on blank application forms, etc. Scribble the number on anything that you find. Get as many people as possible to dial that number.  ANNOY THEM! HARASS THE CRAP OUT OF THESE LOWLIFES. You could even print the number on small labels with a message like 'free money' and stick them everywhere!

repeatedly calling for a helen or bill dillon i am not this person do not know them. will not stop have told them hundreds of times remove my number called on the fourth of july again every day. this is harrasement i was working not a deadbeat like these people.  they refuse to remove my number from the list!
