Xentel has provided these DIRECT office numbers for your callback convenience or whatever reason you want to call them back for.  

State Attorney General suits weren't enough to stop their slimey practices, so call them personally on their personal office phones, just like they call your personal phones.

BTW: This "charity" calling company had a 26% profit margin!!  It's in their annual report, along with a $775,000 lawsuit.

They hung up.

Called the 800 number and called their customer service no. and listen to the voice prompt to remove your name from their Do Not Call list.

Called at 6:09pm PST Wednesday August 8th.  Didn't answer it, they left no message.  Thanks for the info, now I know if they call again I'm going to tell them off.

This number called my home over an hour ago. I am really sick of these telemarketer calls.

I've received about 10 of these calls in the past month or so.  Typically grouped as 2 within a couple of hours, and then I get about a week off.  (It's like a vacation now...)  I'd almost rather have creditors calling me.  No wait... No I wouldn't. But these guys can [***] too.

Answered the call, nobody said anything. Said "hello" a few times and hung up. We need a  no-call list in canada bad.

They also use 800.917.4196 so I had to screen that one out as well, they may have a string of numbers they use. Although I only have call screen space for 10 calls and I'm at 9 numbers now.

lol I think you mean ADD your name to the DO NOT CALL list. I did this, too, but they said they would still call for people I had a prior relationship with. That sucks! I probably have a prior relationship with half their clients!

These people attempt to manipulate us every day into giving to a new charity. Whenever we *69, we get this: 1800 917 4194.

They have called us about a number of charities. When we tell them we're not comfortable giving over the phone, they either start yelling or hang up. When we asked them to remove us from their list they've always had an out. Either they hang up as soon as we ask, or they tell us they are 'unable' to remove us from the list. I have worked as a telemarketer AND a team lead. Hanging up on a customer is grounds for immediate dismissal and ALL PEOPLE CAN BE REMOVED FROM THESE LISTS AND THE SALES REPS USUALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO IT, AND IF NOT, THEY TRANSFER YOU TO A SUPERVISOR WHO DOES.

Frankly I don't think any of this money goes to charity. Quite honestly and frankly, I think they're 100% SCAMMERS. DO NOT trust these guys. They're not even good liars.

If they ask you for charity money, ask them where you can donate locally. I promise you, they won't have an answer.

THESE AGENTS ARE PAID ON COMMISSION. Please never forget that. This is why they guilt you so.

They repeatably call my house and when I answer they just hang up. I called the toll free number back and it gave me another toll free number for customer support, 1-800-321-8562. I called that number and placed myself on the do not call list. I doubt this will achieve anything so I will keep you posted as my next step will be to trace the third party calling company they use and head office phone numbers.
