I don't know who this is but, when you call the number back, you have the option of either pressing '1' for customer service or '2' for the operator. No matter which one you press, you still get no information as to what company you are calling and are sent immediately to voice mail.
They don't claim whether or not you will see a savings - but if you have a Supplier calling you and telling you that you will get one, just know that you go through a 2minute recording when you enroll at the end of your call, which confirms this.
They are regulated by the PUC so can't promise you better rates unless they are going to give you that.
I enrolled with Horizon Power and am seeing a good savings every month - last year Delmarva unfroze and raised rates by 35% - so this is helping to counteract that.

Why don't identify your name and company if you are so confident that you're a legitimate outfit? Stop behaving like a little coward and either identify your company or go pound sand.
Every phone number I have is on the "Do Not Call List". I am intentionally NOT giving my number hear so you cannot use it as an excuse that I asked yu to call. What I am doing is telling you that you had better make sure you NEVER again call anyone on the Do Not Call List, because if I get a call I will report you and you face a BIG FINE.
I had someone call me from Horizon power. I switched 3 of 4 property's I own over after researching that their rates are lower than BGE and Delmarva. I figured it saving me about $7-$10 a month on my electric bills. They are a wind power company. I have had a good exprience with them and have many other co-workers switch to them.
I LEFT A SHORT MESSAGE( may be a little pd off message ) ON THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AFTER RECIEVING NO LESS THAN 10 HANG UP CALLS. I JUST RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL WITH SOMEONE SAYING I AM GOING TO SNAP YOU IN HALF "MF" er. WHEN I ASKED WHAT YOU SAID HE REPEATED THE VOLGAR MESSAGE. BY THE WAY, I HAVE BEEN TRACING ALL THE CALLS AND PLAN TO TAKE CRIMINAL ACTION.
Give them hell on the answering machine and turm them in to the gov do not call people. I did and will continue to. Email them at ccare@delmarva.com and give her some s**t too
