she hung up when I asked who was calling - determined it was from Sykes Enterprises for ___???

that number kept called me few times in a day, so annoying, how can I block this number, I never answer when I see this number.

I forgot to say, they called my cellphone, I wish my cellphone able to block this number.

They have been calling me at least once a day at different times. I have never been able to answer. Anybody know how to get off their calling list?

I am getting few calls per day from +1 800 920 0438

Could not find 800 920 0438 - although it says Sykes Enterprises ....

You can take off your name from the calling list - as it is one of the options when you call back the numbers. I just tried it, dont know if they will really stop calling

put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no rint".  It won't stop the calls but it will stop the interruptions.

No RING.  Assign the pest the ring tone "no ring".

I can't type at this hour of the morning.

they are callng at least twice a day no one there just dead air

They call me at least 2x a DAY :( I put my number on there no call list

BMO mastercard is using the Sykes Enterprises telemarking company to contact its customers for market purposes.  I am already supposed to be on BMOs do-not-call list, which I had confirmed just a few months ago, and they are suppose to update this info with Sykes.  I emailed BMO customer service and this was the response I got:

"Thank you for contacting us about your account.

I regret the circumstances that have prompted you to write to us. I can confirm that your name has been removed from our promotional offerings list. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

In regards to the calls you have been receiving from Sykes Enterprises, I have forwarded your correspondence to our MasterCard department. It may take up to 3 business days for a response. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you have any further questions, write to us again or call us at 1-800-363-9992.  Thank you for choosing BMO Bank of Montreal for your everyday banking needs."
