- moonbugBMO mastercard is using the Sykes Enterprises telemarking company to contact its customers for market purposes. I am already supposed to be on BMOs do-not-call list, which I had confirmed just a few months ago, and they are suppose to update this info with Sykes. I emailed BMO customer service and this was the response I got:
"Thank you for contacting us about your account.
I regret the circumstances that have prompted you to write to us. I can confirm that your name has been removed from our promotional offerings list. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
In regards to the calls you have been receiving from Sykes Enterprises, I have forwarded your correspondence to our MasterCard department. It may take up to 3 business days for a response. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you have any further questions, write to us again or call us at 1-800-363-9992. Thank you for choosing BMO Bank of Montreal for your everyday banking needs."
