Did you ever figure out who this # is? They didn't leave me a voice mail either and I tried returning the call with no luck or any hint as to who it is .

I received a call on my cell phone from this number last night just before 7:00 p.m., and one time prior yesterday at about 3:25 p.m. The first time they called, a message was left on my voice mail, but it was extremely garbled I couldn't understand what was being said. I called the number back (which is actually a bad idea) and got a busy signal.

I just checked other sites and found others had the distorted message from this number too. It appears to definitely be a scam asking people to go to www.verizon14.com for some type of $14.00 Verizon promotion. http://bit.ly/1w6fdfe

Same experience here also.  1st time ever received call from this number.  Answered and caller was garbled.  Hung up and tried calling back a few times with busy signal.
