This number called my home at 6:15 AM this morning (Friday, October 26, 2007) and tried to sell me health insurance! I don't need health insurance, because I have the best coverage out there and they cannot beat it! I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance! I wish that they would just leave me alone, as I have already reported this company on numerous occasions and I have also had my fax number removed on numerous occasions as well. Every time I call to have my fax number removed, it tells me that it has already been removed! I don't get it! If it has "already been removed", as it says, then why the hell am I still receiving faxes from these people then?!!!!

When I looked this number up via the internet, it shows a couple's website that is looking to adopt another child with this phone number on their website!!!! Therefore, it makes me wonder if this number belongs to some work at home mom (of which it says this woman is on this adoption website) who is faxing people from her home trying to get them to get health insurance! If that is the case, I'm NOT interested! If it is a mistake, I apologize and she should check into it herself, as someone is utilizing her phone number!

We keep getting that same fax here at work and on Government fax machines...I'm not sure that it is legit.

Yes, they fax me their garbage, advertisements at 7:00 am and waste my ink.  I'm on Medicare, have private insurance through my husband also and sure have not solicited their services.  They just waste my ink!  There's no company name on their fax ... the chickens !!!  Just the 800 number to call them back at to sign up.

I too have been getting faxes. Sometimes thre to four a day and I'm sick of it. The number is 800-929-2205. They are trying to sell health insurance.

This number is for a scam called "The United Business Association" according to what I was told by the dimwhit that answerd the line the Home Office is in Texas, Corpus Christie.  The web sit I was told is www.joinmeds.com and the managers name is Joe Perello.  Let's all complain to the FCC.

I've received this unsolicited fax on numerous occasions. The fax claims if you wish be removed from their database call 1-866-288-3608. I believe these same people are sending faxes for vacation trips.

if i could get my hand on the owners of this number, i would strangle them.  i hate paying for their advertisements..  where do they come from.

I have a dedicated fax line for my home office have been getting faxes from this "company" I did not request health insurance from them or anyone else, what can I do to stop them from wasting my ink and blocking my fax from legitimate faxes from my company???? BTW I am on a do not call list for all of my numbers including my cell phone.

I have requested 3 times not to receive these calls and keep getting them - how do I get them to stop?

This situation just came to my attention.  I am the mom in the adoption website.  I canceled that phone number over a year ago and just haven't taken down the website.  I got the number at 1800now.com so maybe they sold it to someone else.  Sorry its a dead end here to solve your multiple fax problems.

I, unfortunately, am one of the millions of Americans with terrible health insurance coverage, which I can barely afford on a monthly basis.  I took the time to call this #, find out who they were - or who they say they are(United Assoc of Small Business (UASB)- not Businesses or Business Owners), got their website (www.medinfocenter.com), looked through the pages, called my doctors office and my doctors billing office to make sure they recognized the name of the insurance co. (UASB say they use Beech Street).  The doctors and their billing offc recognized Beech Street.  Then I called Beech Street to confirm their association with this UASB and they said they could not comment other than to let me know there is an ongoing investigation.  Beech Street does not sell insurance.  If something seems to good to be true, that means it is!!

Here is what I do to stop these telemarketing idiots.  When they call or fax you, simply call them back.... at least 50 times during the same day.  I was on several similar lists and I told them to either take me off their list or I would continue to call.  After about the 15th call, they removed my name.  

If they harass you, simple harass them back. They understand your'r serious when you tie up their phone lines.

Try it, it worked for me!

I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE FAXES FOR HEALTH INSURANCE FROM THIS NUMBER EVEN THOUGH i HAVE CALLED THEIR REMOVAL LINE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

It is NOT real health insurance they are selling...
If is WAS real, this would be legitimate, but as it is... it is a SCAM...

   They are "billing" this as a Major Medical plan when all it pays is $100 a day as an inpatient...

   That wont even pay for the I.V. and tylenol at a hospital.
These people are a rip-off scam artist group of con-men who may not even be licensed insurance agents!

 They are taking advantage of far too many people and the insurance department in Mississippi needs to investigate this company that calls itself an insurance company.
   They are NOT an insurance company... it is a lie.
