This number is connected to a fake security co. they started in Arkansas and are now somewhere in TN.  They monitor from all over the country and monitoring stations are not allowed to give their information for security reasons. They were called Heartland secuirty, inc. They have several phone numbers that try to evade or send you on a goose chase.

Here are a few: 1-800-913-9853 1877-553-1278 1-800-369-0996 1888-264-6380 731-588-1400 713-943-1205 901-362-3381 (they answer at this number currently but no info. is given out (address?) 1-800-932-3822

Even after cancelling with them they still auto bill me each month I had to stop them through my bank.

I hope you can stop them. They are supposed to be protecting people but are stealing instead.  Good Luck

This is the phone number for standard allarm. They are not fake. It is the allarm company that protects the bank my wife works at. They call any time that there is an allarm, because she is at the top of the list as a key holder. If they call and you dont have any conection it is probably that you have someons old number or someone lied because they did not want to get woke up in the middle of the night.

It is from Rampart Security.  I just received a call from them letting me know we had an alarm going off at work.

This is a legit security monitoring company.  If they are calling, it means your alarm system has sent them an alert of a problem.  You need to call them or your security company immediately.

I got a call from this number today but I'm not sure why. They said it was some alarm company and that an auditory alarm was set off and they needed my pin number? I don't have any alarm system anywhere so I'm totally confused as to why I recieved this call.

This is an alaram company monitor banks security system and alarams. If you have never worked for bank or so, you many want to let them know to remove your # from calling list. They might call you late night as well. They won't remove you no# from calling list because of password requirements but if you contact the bank they are calling about, they will update their calling list. Good Luck!!

This (for me at least) was verified to be for our alarm co FM Systems in Northeastern Ohio.  Maybe they sub it out to a national call center??  First I got the call on my cell at 9:30am and then my co-worker immediately after i didn't answer mine (which is the normal order of contact for our co.).  With the quickness between calls, it almost has to be a computer dialing.  Back story: our work phones died over the weekend and our company's alarm could not check in with "base" as it does every so often because it uses a phone line to do this.
After getting a call from this number and knowing we had problems over the weekend, we called FM to verify the # and they said it was their call center.  However, FM Systems did think it was odd that no message was left on my cell and there was no one on the other end of the phone when my co-worker answered his cell ;-/ *tumble weed rolls through*...

This is clearly a national call center that handles emergency response notification phone calls for various security firms. I can confirm that a call from Frontpoint Security came from this number and it was legitimate.

This is a monitoring  center for several (or many )  various alarm companies . You can get calls if your number has been left by a neighbor or friend as  a contact number? they may not have told you?
It does make it difficult  if you have caller ID and do not answer those types of calls.  I have put the number on our phones  so my husband knows he and I  can answer that one..............:-)

My neighbor has one of those medical alert devices and he provided my number as an emergency contact. They called because his battery was low due to a power failure.

This number is from my security company. I have a dedicated line at my business to monitor our security. The phone line went down so the daily test signal was not received by central station. They will call you to let you know you security system is not functioning.
