They keep calling and not leaving a message, and make continuous back-to-back calls to us, one right after the other.  Over six calls in one days

Number is MRS Associates - they are a collection agency. From what I can tell from the multiple calls they make to my Mom & Dad (looking for someone else), they collect on 'Online Computer Gambling Debt'. I'm sending a Cease and Desist to keep them from calling - copying the Attorney Generals in NJ, AZ and OH where they have offices. Other phone numbers to their offices (888) 334-5677 and (800) 470-6622. Their web site is mrsassociates.com.

I keep getting these calls too...all times of the day, and they never leave a message

i have received maybe 5 calls from 1-800-932-5620 and when i answer no one repsonds. I have since stopped answering this call and will never answer it. how ignorant of them and how inefficent to call peopel to collect debt (i have none by the way) and not leave a message OR repsond (computer or live person) when the recipient answers. "typical" is all i can say. perfect example of incompetence in america today.

www.mrsassociates.com left me yet another angry message today in their effort to find someone that I have never heard of. I had called them months ago and told them they were barking up the wrong tree, but apparently someone did not get the message. I emailed them today. I explained that I had called them once before and that if I receive any more calls I will refer them to my attorney. We shall see what they choose to do.
I hope they catch the fellow they are looking for, but it surely is not going to do them much good to continue to call where they've been told he is NOT.. I doubt that you have to pass much of an IQ test to hire on as a bill collector. Perhaps they are staffed by people rejected by the IRS.

This number calls several times during the day . No one talks when the phone is answered. When the answering machine picks up no one leaves a message. It is very annoying and it needs to stop. They even call at night when I am trying to put my 4 year old son to bed .

Below is a copy of the email I sent to MrsAssociates and their response is below my message. They have been calling me for about 6 months and today I finally got completely fed up. They are looking for someone that I have no idea who they are. vacation all weekend come back to back to back 8 am phone calls!  these people are [***]!!! Im definetly turning this # over to the authorities

For over a month I have been recieving calls from MRS Associates. I have repetedly told them I do not know the person they are looking for and to please remove my cell phone number. Each time I have been told my number has been removed and each time about 2 or 3 days later I get another call. I have spoken with managers and anyone who will take the time hear me out. They don't really listen though, I always get cut off in mid sentence and asked if I have a reference number.

Get repeated calls at my work number, which is shared by many others.  They've been told to stop calling, but I always get cut off and told "they have to make a decision about my documents and are more than willing to help me, and this will affect me".  So stupid.  They leave voice messages in group mail boxes.  This number is listed with the DO NOT CALL register.  They just keep calling back.  So frustrated.  There is another number with then that calls as well and the woman's name is "Lynn Langston".  No matter, whoever usually calls ALWAYS trips up on their stupid speech and lets you know they are total [***].

Got another call today from someone who would not identify herself, but would say that she was calling long distance from NJ and MRS associates.  I hung up on her after asking several times, "who is this", "why are you calling", "stop calling this work number" and not getting a response other than "can you hear me alright"? Stupid people.

Received voice mail from this company on Monday, October 15, 2007 04:32PM EDT.  Computer generated voice looking for a Shannon Spurlock and to call the following back of 1-800-932-4950.  There is no such person at this address.

I keep receiving calls. No message. Have already sent a cease and desist and they keep calling. Am contacting the Texas attorney general.

They just call and hang up. What the hell?

I keep getting calls from this number. They leave a message asking for my husbands ex-wife. This is MY telephone number. Issued to me 6 years AFTER my husband divorced her. Still I get harrassing calls from this & other  various bill collectors asking for this woman. I just give them her cell phone number. Let them harrass her, let them get hateful with her. Not my debt and more than likely it really is HER debt. They just assume that because this woman lived in this house 10 years ago that maybe my telephone number listed IN MY NAME is her number too? Nuts.. And oh so wrong! They even called numerous times ON SUNDAY... is there no rest?

This bogus collection agency times its calls with other agencies to maximize its terror on unsuspecting victims. Any blow can buy into an agency and sell them fake debt to collect on. I should know my Uncle Bob was one.

Auto calling from 1-800-932-4950, 3 to 4 times every day. Anyone know what the location is, and how to stop it?

MRS Associates calls my cell phone at LEAST 3 times a day, morning, noon, and night.  They call from a range of 1-800 numbers but it always MRS Associates calling on the same debt that DOES NOT BELONG TO ME!!  I have been threatened, called at very intrusive times of the evening and on sundays, I have been called names by these people.  They have no boundaries.  WATCH OUT!  They are sharks.  They use profanity, and they tell you the consumer protection laws DO NOT APPLY TO THEM!!!  Call your attoney general when this debt collector gets out of line.  Send cease and decist letters -even though they will ignore, but at least if you are ever summoned to court you can countersue on the many violations of your rights as a consumer.
