Fake tech support number as part of a virus

My cousin Maria Clark was contacted by this company in February and told she had a virus on her computer.  She paid $99.00 for a years "protection".  Just spoke with her and she said that they are working on her computer again and that her virus protection was no good.  She told them that she purchased it from them.  She unfortunately paid another $99.00 and they are working on her computer now.  I called the phone number and could not even get a tech to answer what the name of there company was.  He put a supposed supervisor on the line who gave me his name.Adam Jackson and said that he was checking into my question .  He did not even have my cousins name.  He told me the company was On line Support for Apple computers.

Got a blue screen from the same people. It gave me this number to call to fix my computer. Here is a screen shot:

My 'error' happened when I used Chrome, which is rare for me.   I deleted Chrome ran my anti virus scans and all is well

I think this is a scam posing as Windows 7?

Received the same notice on my computer today & when I called the number they tried to get me to buy their services but wouldn't give me details about their services or a direct number to call billing ect.  I hung up & turned off my computer but wonder what they could have accessed.

just got onscreen message stating the website was temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity found on act suspected by windows vista firewall and to call tech support at 800 935 0648.   If this is a fake tech support company they should be fined.

Got same message as everyone else.  It has froze my computer. I did not call but checked number first,  Had a phone
call last week saying they were Msc and I had a problem with my computer--hung up.

Called this number for technical support and they insured me I had no warranty.. Which I definitely do. After minutes of noticing how suspicious the conversation was.. My computer began taking photos of me with the front camera. I questioned the representative and he hung up in my face. The blue screen still appears though. Any help on how to remove this?

Try running a newest reputable virus removal program (McAffe, Karpersky, or Norton). Thanks.  I think phone number 800-935-0648 is a scammer's.

I got it to fix
