I do not know who they are, but I have informed them I am not to recieve personal calls at Work.  They keep calling.

I recieved a call from them too. They said there was a legal matter? I dont know who they are but that type of collection/marketing should be illegal. They left a message on my friends home machine????

They left a message on my machine asking me to give it to my neighbor.

Called me and my mother for my former brother-in-law Gave ext. 63668 and the name of Mrs. Charles.

I got the exact same call for my brother in law and Mrs Charles asked to call her back at x63668 and reference a file number.  Very strange.  Anyone actually call back?

My mother received a phone call from Dawn Marie at 800-935-1798 ext. 63713. When I called back they told me that the company was UCB. I yelled at them for calling my elderly mother and was told that they can call whoever they want to.

They wanted my ex-sister in law, who lives 2000 miles away.

I got a call from a Mrs. Charles also. I didn't call back. Did anyone else?

I did get a call today. My cell caller ID showed 954. I did not answer and they left me a message saying that they client wanted to persecute further and either me or my attorney to call them back with a case reference number.

this must a new 800 number they are trying... this post is fairly new! Called me also, number on cell phone is 954...

I got a call this afternoon, Mildred said I was listed as the emergency contact for ____ & _____ (my brothers and sister-in-laws names) and that is was very important.  She left the ph# 800-935-1798, ext 63626, and a residents # 50930334.  I thought it was very odd and asked for more information and she said it was UCB and that it was very important.  I did talk to my brother who also thought something was not right but, was going to call and find out.

I also received a call from 1800-935-1798 - Caller ID was "954".  The creep said his name was "Seth" at extension "63862". As several people mentioned above . . . I received the same message from this creep wanting to prosecute me and/or my attorney. He also gave me a time line (July 17, 2009) What I would like to know, how did this CREEP get my cell phone number?
Each and everyone of us need to find a way to Prosecute this creep and the company (s) involved.
I believe there is a low about collection agencies calling neighbors . . . but they do!!!

Received a message on our answering machine for a relative that does not live with us from Miss Hudson TELLING (not asking) us to have the relative call her back and that this was "..a very important call..".  Other web sites have flagged this as a phishing scam.  We will probably screen our calls for a while and not give them the satisfaction of completing the call - or just hang up on them  :-)

Received messages asking my attorney to call "Louise" regarding a complaint filed against me. Number on caller ID was 954. This caller also recently left a message for my sister's mother and father in law to see if they knew me. Very threatening and insulting. This is no doubt a collection agency trying to collect from people who don't owe them anything.

This number called me late in the evening demanding that I contact my father to inform him to call them. They also reassured me that they were not selling anything and that the matter was urgent due to its "severity". The woman's name was 'Louise' and she would not disclose what the subject of the matter.

My mother received a call from "Louise" at the united bureau of investigations looking for me.  the number she left was 800-935-1798 ext 63651.  I too get calls at work with the caller id of 954.  My mother who got the call lives 2000 miles away from me!  Is this a scam or a legit collection agency?

They called my brother's brother in law, not any relation to me at all and left a name and number for me to call him.... he's kidding right?!?!  I hear it is a new way to collect debt, embarrass the person to make them pay by calling anyone they can. But is it legal??

louise called here thise evening leaving a message from # 954. Said she was with UCB for my husbands EX WIFE who might I mention is a felon......maybe she is on the run??? she left the # 800-935-1798 ext 63651...we are also on the DON NOT CALL LIST. New lows for collections...

I recieved a call from someone saying they needed me to contact my Mother about an important matter.She has a new cell # that they must not have.They gave me a number 1800-935-1798 ext.63843 ref#51027109 for her to call.Caller ID 954.Name McHayle.WTF????????????????

Ya same thing. I was kinda scared.  Are they just a collection agency. They said they were a bureau of investigation
