    This is a SCAM to get your personal information - they will threaten to serve you with papers but cannot tell you the address to which they are coming.  They want your SSN and DOB to "verify" then if you give to them they state they have the wrong person and will remove your number.  Lock your credit files and put a credit alert on file.  They will use this information eventually.  If you provide your personal information WATCH your credit file.
