    Was expecting a new credit card from Citbank; it didn't arrive on the expected date so I gave it 3 more days. It didnt arrive so I cancelled it and was issued a new one. The new one arrived on time but I received a call from this number which, by the way is NOT the customer service number on the back of my card. Be VERY CAREFUL people.  I'm alerting Citi card to this situation.
