cah advance pay back loan

I stopped payment of $400.00 after I googled this number. And I stopped the transaction in time
and cancelled my Debit Card.

Got a call from them today dont kno if there legit

This # called my mother's house this morning and said that they were investigating fraudlent use of my social security number, I googled the # they gave my Mom to call back and I found this page.  They have been told several times if I owe them money to send me paper backing it up in the mail, I receive nothing and they have been told to not contact my Mother's house as I don't reside there and gave them my cell #, they still call her house every day!!!

Said they were ACP and to call 800-957-1987
.When I did just get voice mail that says the number is 904-374-4354. That number shows up as Vernetter C Knapper Svc inJacksonville, FL.

What is this?

Got a call threatening legal action/server process. I have already contacted my BK lawyer and they are NOT supposed to be harassing me. BK has been discharged and done for about a year now. Number that shows up on caller id is 904-647-8217. Will be reporting this number. They have also asked to call these numbers 888-299-9576 and 800-957-1987. They obviously change their numbers alot or have alot of numbers. Names of women are Julie and Angela Jenkins.

This number, 904-374-4354,  is left on my caller ID and is listed on the internet as belonging to a janitorial service, however, I think it's a cover for a bogus collection company or scam.  They call using this number and it shows up on my caller ID as this number but according to the voice mail they leave they want you to call back at 800-957-1987 which has been reported as a scam as a bogus collection company for payday loans.  I've never had a payday loan and am reporting this to the FCC.  Not that it will do any good.

The ACP caller is calling to collect on a debt which I do not know of and is very threatening and also very harassing! I would like to know how to stop these calls and also plan to report the number and the people who constantly call me day in and day out. I will be in contact with local police and also with the Arizona consumer affairs and my local phone company.

This company is extremely rude. They called my number for a family member. The original caller was so rude until i called back and asked for a manager. She said hold on and came back to say she had just called me, than she would not let me speak, started yelling and screaming, but she did end the calling yelling have a blessed day

This phone # is calling my home 24/7. Can somebody stopped them? I do not have any fraud in money or waht ever. I m thinking of changing my phone # because of them.

I just received a voicemail from them saying they are from the fraud unit and someone has been using my social security number to write checks, I looked them up on line and it's Vernetter C Knapper which is listed as a janitorial company.  This is Bogus and they're trying to collect a debt.

Do NOT fall for this, they got me on Friday. They called my cell and my employer. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. The debt they said I had was discharged in bankruptcy. I was threatened several times, that If I did not pay. That the police would take me to jail. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY !! IT'S A SCAM

I'm getting calls from this number 800-957-1987. If  I answer the phone then no one is speaking, if I donot answer the call, then I'm getting a voice mail saying that call to this number as I'm involved in some faurd.

We have received the same types of calls.  We call them back and if we are able to speak to a person they just put us on hold and then hang up.  This is harrassment and we have never had any payday loans or owe any outstanding bills.  How can we stop this?

Send them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with receipt requested.
