appears on my bank statement (debit card) too. They've bilked me out of a couple hundred, but I can't figure out who they are!

i had this number show up on my credit card and i called it and they said it was some type of berry diet pill,i got them to cancel and refund my money back to my credit card.i don't know how it got there but it can be taken care of.

decided to try acai berry (DRI*Bromalite 866-897-0663 MN). cancelled my subscription in a week. and the next week got a charge from LIFE STYLE AND FITNESS 800-9576988.

called those guys, the answer was that when I bought from Bromalite I also subscribed for their service. Nonsence. promised to review. it's been a week now after I called, no movement - charge is on a credit card. so today i had to dispute with credit card provider. can take up to 60 days...

so i talked to them and they said we got a free trial when we got the acai berry supplements but we had to cancel the seperatley.  he also said it was on the page that we filled out to get the free trial.  but he was very nice and it's taken care of

I have a charge on my CC also, when I called the 800 957 6988 I got a recording about call 1015 1015 8000. I have no clue what this is and didn't it. I need help finding someone to talk to at company so I can tell them to stop billing me,

This number appeared on a charge to my credit card haven't ordered anything and now that I want to contact them I get disconnected before I can talk to anybody.  This is very frustrating.

I disputed the charge from Bromalite and they credited my account but then I had an additional charge from Life Style and Fitness. I tried to call them and never got a person. I was on hold for 1/2 hour waiting for someone to pick up. I am going to dispute with my credit card company. What a rip off.

I also had a free trial to Bromalite, I cancelled within a few days. I dont recall being informed of any extra things when i signed up. I had a charge for 29.95 on my credit card account about a week after i cancelled. I called the number and it was for the Life Style and fitness. The said that they would cancel my account to prevent any future charges but when i asked for my 29.95 back i was told it could not be done. I kept asking, telling the woman i had to have that money back. Finally i got frustrated and told her to cancel my account hen transfer me to someone who would give my money back, after this she decided that she could go ahead and refund me. So we will see if that actually happens, i will never do "free" trials again.

I received a few charges on my CC. From this #800 957 6988 I tried calling the number and was on hold for over 30 minutes no one answered. I am disputing this with my C/C company!!!

Just saw it on my debit account-called the Wheatgrasscleanse DJM which are some type of dietary supplement advertised by Opah.  they offer a trial for $3.00, but dont tell you you have 14 days to cancell or they hit you for $90 per month.  That's right, $90 per month for a diet pill!.  call the number on your bank statement to cancel. You may see a charge on your account from DJM lifestyle?, trying to get through but puts you on hold for a very long time.  May have to call credit card or your bank to and inform them of an unauthorized transaction.  They will credit the account and investigate.  Not sure if this is a monthly charge that is difficult to cancel or even stop.

Been going thru the same things all of you have been. The hidden charges, trying to get them off of my debit, & not knowing that they were gonna be there in the first place. I agree, gettin thru to a real person takes time. Ive learned from my bank that if you even try and contact them, if the money is pulled out, you can dispute it. if nothin else, get your bank involved. All it took with me was the threat of my bank callin them. I will never order "FREE TRIAL" again.

I also got this number on my debit card trying to take money from me but they said they were canceling it s we will see how it goes.

Yeah, it's a bunch of crap. I never received any newsletter or any support from the program and they're telling me that they cannot refund my money back.... so they basically want to charge me $30 something for service that I never used.

Same thing happened to me!! I'm just waiting to see if my they credit my credit card. Guy seemed real nervous when I informed him I was going to report the number to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

I received charges on my credit card from 1-800-957-6988, (DJM*LIFSYLEFIT.COM), for the amount of $29.95. I called this 800# and the gentleman informed me it was for a diet pill. I informed him that I did not purchase any sort of thing for the reason I just had surgery, was on anti-depressants, and my blood pressure had been elevated. He tried to insist since the charges were already there, for me to try the product, then he would cancel the order. I informed him, I was not interest in any products of the sort,I wanted my credit card credited immediately or I would report the 800# to the Better Business Bureau. He agreed to credit my card immediately and gave me a confirmation number.

A charge of $29.95 showed up on my credit card bill also. I called my credit card company and reported it to their fraud division. I also called the 800-957-6988 and told them what I had done. The 800# said they would credit my card. The card company canceled my card and will issue me a new one. They said watch for the "https" when I use my credit card online. Thay also said it's too easy for some rascally sob to hack my numbers.

Called the 800-957-6988 number to take care of issue.  I gave all the info I used when ordering the bromolite and acai berry pills.  I know this only because of the posts I read from other people in the same situation.  Thank you to you people who posted as it helped me figure out what was going on before I called to try and rectify my deal.  Anyway, the person could not retreive my info, so she said.  She tried to give me another number to call but I said I didn't want it.  I told her that she was responsible for taking care of my false charge because that was the number listed on my statement for the charge.  She started mumbling so I hung up.  I had already reported the charge and disputed it with my credit card company.  That person seemed to already understand what I was going through.  So, I guess I will see what happens.

i had that too i just solve the problem today. i ordered sample of acai berry and yes like i read before with all of others when i called the number they said that i had my pills and the 29.95 is the fitness support or smth like that i ordered together with the pills. i told them that i dont care abt fitness stuff and i dont need it so she at the beging told me that i gtg to the fitness suport page cause they are separete but after a while i found out that this is the same company and she sudddenly can cancel both and even sugested me that they will give me my money back from last month 29.90 cause i didnt cancel the order after 14 days. well for me is cool cause they just billed me for 2 months so i have one back and i had a pills but dont let them give u a crap that fit support is something else 0 they can cancel both with one freaking button . i asked for comfirmation via email and that is what they sent me:
