- LAMET replies to PDL BrokeStill report them the FTC and Attorney General - FORGET THE BBB - they are worthless and no authority to do anything to fix it.
A lot of these companies are OUTRIGHT SCAMS - with the full intent on STEALING YOUR MONEY and not doing anything else.
Fact is the Federal trade commission website has information that would have helped you avoid this scam in the first place http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menus/consumer/credit/debt.shtm - Amber| 2 repliesSo far, I seem to be impressed with the professionalism from PDL. Has anyone out there had any success from internet payday loans with this company ?

- TRYING TO PAY DEBT replies to Amber| 1 replyHas anyone have any success with PDL? If not, how do I stop payments without getting into any legal problems if I cancel further payments?
- Norma replies to TRYING TO PAY DEBTAmber:
No, no success whatsoever. I contracted PDL Assistance in January 2009. My last payment to them was August 2009. (after the $200.00 set-up fee and my monthly payments).
To date, none of my creditors have been paid! I'm not kidding. I called PDL today and spoke with a representative named Anita. I asked her why these creditors have not been paid when I made my last installment payment back in August 2009. Her response was "there is no set time-frame as to when they pay off the loans"!
I am still receiving calls from the creditors stating they have not received a dime! Not to mention being threatened that I am going to be sued!

I can help you with the Payday loan. We are a Para legal department and we are associated with various payloan companies.
You can reach out to me on mails2officer@gmail.com - Jason replies to Brain SmithYou're a liar! You cannot help anyone with any payday loans! You are a scam artist and if you had any idea of the way our legal system operates in this country, you'd know that nobody faces ANY charges over something like this. Do your homework or your scam will never work!
- JasonScammers and liars!
I received an email at my work email address from these people. Little do they know that my company is MASSIVE and we aggressively investigate any scams such as this that come through our servers. Calling my cell phone was annoying but harmless, but emailing me at my company's web address was a serious mistake. They will be referred to the authorities.- Caller: Unkown
- MCI've had success with them - they paid off all my lenders and I'm even getting money back. I had no problem with them whatsoever. They were very professional.
