This company took all my money and never got me out of payday loan debt.  Stay away from them, total rip off.  Heard the guy that owns the place is like 20 years old or something...

look i tried to work with this company a lady named tawanda who was very rude to me but anywasy, do you know that they are scammers, they charge us to pay something that a collection agency does for free.  why are we doing this ...because we are scared of collection when we shouldnt be there are more laws to protect us form collectors than a assistance company once we sign with them they can do whatever they want. please take my advice dont ever go with these assistance company's just accept your collection calls and work it out with them. also if a collector is illegal you can win $$$$$

Ok wish I would of read this before they took my money.  I told them I would file a BBB complaint and call Attorney General and they refunded me about 75%.

Better than nothing...

Still report them the FTC and Attorney General -  FORGET THE BBB - they are worthless and no authority to do anything to fix it.

A lot of these companies are OUTRIGHT SCAMS - with the full intent on STEALING YOUR MONEY and not doing anything else.

So far, I seem to be impressed with the professionalism from PDL.  Has anyone out there had any success from internet payday loans with this company ?

Has anyone have any success with PDL? If not, how do I stop payments without getting into any legal problems if I cancel further payments?

No, no success whatsoever.  I contracted PDL Assistance in January 2009.  My last payment to them was August 2009.  (after the $200.00 set-up fee and my monthly payments).

To date, none of my creditors have been paid!  I'm not kidding.  I called PDL today and spoke with a representative named Anita.  I asked her why these creditors have not been paid when I made my last installment payment back in August 2009.  Her response was "there is no set time-frame as to when they pay off the loans"!  

I am still receiving calls from the creditors stating they have not received a dime!  Not to mention being threatened that I am going to be sued!

Call PDL Assistance EVERY SINGLE DAY!  Keep on them until you get the answers you deserve.  Remember....You EMPLOY them!  You are their boss....your paying them to do a job!

You're a liar! You cannot help anyone with any payday loans! You are a scam artist and if you had any idea of the way our legal system operates in this country, you'd know that nobody faces ANY charges over something like this. Do your homework or your scam will never work!

Scammers and liars!

I received an email at my work email address from these people. Little do they know that my company is MASSIVE and we aggressively investigate any scams such as this that come through our servers. Calling my cell phone was annoying but harmless, but emailing me at my company's web address was a serious mistake. They will be referred to the authorities.

I've had success with them - they paid off all my lenders and I'm even getting money back.  I had no problem with them whatsoever.  They were very professional.

they called my mom a nick mattews did and threatened to put me in jail for a payday loan  and i never took one out from this company and they also said that i had a bank account at a different bank that i have never used before or had an account there so idc what anybody says they are scammers and i got an attorney to stop them in their lil tracks.

This so true. Why would you pay some one to pay off your loans and then they charge you a fee. That is money you can use to pay the loans with.RIP OFF TO THE BONES
