Called my cell phone. I looked up the number & found this. Called them back. They addressed me by first name. Then called me back twice right after, under an unknown number. No message left. Then called from a different number: 614-789-4821. Try that one too. Buncha [***]!

They are Capital legal dept. I'm guessing from capital One. I called them back from a friends phone which has private number. Was amazed as soon as they answered they rattled off his number. The have equipment able to see the number calling regardless. They were still just as rude.

I receive calls every day from 800-957-8394 x5433 from Patricia at Capitol Management. I do not know who they are and when I ask, they won't tell me. I ask them not to call me at work but the calls keep coming. I am registered with the Federal do not call list. 1-888-382-1222.

I received another call this morning at work from Sharia at Capital Management Systems (CMS)800-957-8394 x 5375. When I told her that she is not allowed to call my work and that I am on a National Do Not Call List, she began to studder and then hung up. We need to fight these telemarketers one call at a time. It is up to all of us a consumers to step up and stomp out people calling us for no reason. I can not get out of them why they are calling or whom they represent.

I was able to reach a polite person who apologized for the calls and said that since the person the were trying to reach was not at this number they would stop calling.

I've been receiving calls for the last 3 days from 1-800-957-8394.  I don't know who this is because they don't leave the name of the company they are with when they leave a voice mail.  In fact they try to act all casual like they know you when they leave a message.  Don't fall for it!

I Got this call also. I never give any information on calls like this but even saying "yes" to a different question can e dangerous as I fouond out a few years ago. With all the telephone scams out there, it's best to just hand up.

My mother who is 87 has received no less than 10 calls from this number in the past 24 hours.  Most of the calls do not connect, but two of the calls had a recording that went into a "loop" stating to please hold the line and someone would be right with you. She does not owe anyone anything.  She is also on the Federal Do Not Call list. Also, 1-866-634-9002 X 5414 has started to leave messages. I checked that number also, and it is also tied to Capital Business Management. Something needs to be done to stop this company.

I just received a call from this number as well. This is a brand new phone #, we haven't even given in out to anyone yet, s I answered it and waited a minute while their looping message "You have received an important business call, please hold for this message." went over and over. I finally hung up. Now I'm guessing that this phone # hasn't been out of service for very long and they are trying to call the person who used to have it. This number is unlisted and unpublished.

Got a call from 1-800-957-8394 this a.m. at 8:34 EST. We are unlisted in the book.
A woman with a VERY strong southern accent asked for my hubby by first name only. I told her he was not available and she left her name (Tracy McDade) and a different phone # for him to reach her at: 1-866-878-5724. Said she was w/ "Capital Management" and that it was imperative that he call her back TODAY.
Sounds like BS to me. Hope Tracy McDade doesn't hold her breath waiting for a phone call! I hate these types of calls :(

That 800 957 8394 has been calling almost daily and I don't answer it. I am on both the NY State and Federal do not call list. What to do?

I receive 2-3 calls from this number every day but I just send it to voicemail.

We used to recive calls from multiple numbers and different people looking for someone with my husbands same first and last name, we found out that it was a person with a different social and address, we changed our number and have not had problems for months, then yesterday it has started up agian. I was called by a Michelle from 1-800-957-8394 ( the number listed in my phone) she wanted to speak to my husband and i said who is this and she refused to tell me unless i gave his last 4 of his social and his middle initial.
can we say scam!! when i said no she gave me a different phone number 1-877-287-5472 extension 5472. We have no debt or anything else.
I called the 1st number i listed which is the capital management and the women said is this and stated my name, i was shocked since i am not listed on our number only my husband is. When i asked she said is this and gave a last name and she said "oh we have the wrong number listed this is not you, when i asked about my husband she said they had no record of him.

Receiving calls from this number/ just moved to this state/ anyone know who it is??? they leave no message on the voicemail...

they keep calling for my boyfriend, wanting me to confirm his residence and info like ss#.  I hang up.  I am on the national do not call list so I reported them.  If you are registered i suggest you go to the national do not call list website and click to place a complaint on them.  It is the only way we can stop companies like this!!!

This is Capital Management Collection Agency.  I got a call from them and they said that I owed over $2,000 from a line of credit from Comp-USA from 10 years ago.  I never had a line of credit with Comp-USA.  They said they'd been sending me bills.  I have never received any bills.  They said the debt showed up on my credit report.  I checked my cxredit report, and no such debt is on it.  This has to be a scam.

this Rude & Bullying person "KAREN" keeps calling our home from 8009578394 - she 1st of all thinks she knows who she's calling & when I asked where she's from - she responded KAREN! Again I had to ask this "dumb/rude/bullying person where from with the same response but more rude&louder, KAREN!! I had to ask this lady 3 times where from before she finally said "Capital". I "warned" her that we're not to be called again & on the DO NOT call list - "so what" she said and she hung around on the phone - it's really annoying that this same # just popped up on our called ID so I picked-up&hung-up on her and made a note that this company?keeps calling regardless of warning!

i receive many many call some only 2-3 minutes apart regarding a bill i told them i was in a debt management to call them, still get lots of calls  i do not even answer them anymore

I have received numerous calls from the same number, as has my minor daughter on her cell phone. They are extremely rude andaggressive. They think they know everything and overstep their bounds in many ways. I would suggest, mainly because this is NOT a telemarketer but a debt collector, that you review the fair debt collection act and make sure that they are not violating the law. I have explained numerous times that they had the wrong number and they released information about someone else. I have this persons social security number now.
