Production Media Company based out of Portland Oregon.  They called me for a presentation folder there putting together for Exit Realty in Rockaway New Jersey.  I was told I was a referral from the office, which I was and they wanted me to put an ad in the presentation folders for the office.  I know the owner personally, so I called her and it all checked out.  She had nothing but high regards.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Well, The guy I had First talked to seemed like a nice fella, and i think he honestly believed what he was telling me. I have done this kind of advertising with other companies, and it actually worked great. What they do is sell ad spots on folders that realtors hand out. I am a home inspector and all of my business comes from establishing good relationships with realtors and this is usually a great foot in the door. At first i was promised to be the Exclusive home inspector and it was even written on my contract. When i saw the digital proof of the folder it seemed that i was one of 7. It gets worse, i asked for my money back becasue the terms written  on my contract were not met. i left message after message after message and no one would call or e-mail me back. The owner of the company Paul Bottlong? i think he said his name was (probally a fake name) called me and asked if i wanted to b e in a different folder and in shock i said hell no, and actually i still want my money back, he sent me out a new reservation form and charged me not once, but twice more. no i am trying to get over $1000 dollars back and no one will return my calls. Besides the fact it has been almost a year and the original folder has still not even been delivered to the real estate office.  DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AS THEY ARE CROOKS

Eric with PMC called asking to speak with dentist at location b/c he was wanting a dentist name to give to Orenco Elementary School for referrals they were putting together. I called eric back at 1-800-962-2587 and you can't reach anyone to speak with. I then called Orenco Elementary School to check if they were putting something together for Dentist referrals and they new nothing about this !!!!  Seems like a scam to me

I am wondering who you spoke with at Orenco Elementary School?  Because not only is this completely legitimate, and a great way for local businesses to both get in front of parents and help the local schools as well, We also delivered the homework folders to Orenco Elementary School last year as well as personally delivered the check for the donation. I would like to call you to discuss this, however I can find no business in Hillsboro listed as Hillsboro Dental Office. Production Media Company at 800-962-2587 has contacted construction companies in our area (Long Island) telling them that they are working with our company to produce folders that will be handed out to our clients. They are selling advertising space on the folders for $395. We have never met or spoken with anyone from Production Media Company about this promotion.
So, basically, Production Media Company is trying to use our company's good reputation to scam contractors into purchasing folders that they believe will be used throughout our company and be distributed to our clients.
Don't be mislead by this company.

Phillip Jacks called from original #971-205-1709 saying he was from Remax in NW Houston... not even close to our area code. Red flag. Told me he needed a roofing co to recommend to buyers in our area. the # he wanted my boss to call back on was 800-962-2587 ext 1014. I searched the 971 number on here and from all the comments of what the company was/wasn't... it looks like a big scam. Beware!

Same shady voicemail from company  Prudential NW Properties - Agent: Christian Holter (I think) - Phone: 8009622587 #:Ext:1028 / which is a portland mobile number I think....said he wanted to talk to someone whose not at my number, which he left the voicemail on...

Same here - Phillip Jacks from Coldwell Banker saying he wanted to refer their customers to local construction companies like ours. Same return number. Can't imagine anyone would be working for both Remax and Coldwell Banker at the same time.

This Guy Doug called me and asked me if i wanted free folders for my office, at the time i thought it would be a good idea every one likes something for free, what he did is rip off a bunch of people in my town promising that i would send them business if they gave doug $375? Doug after 8 months sent me some horrible looking child made folders that i dont use, and pronally stole thousands of dollars from my community.

They called about my getting my carpet cleaning company set up with Century 21.  I've called the Century 21 office and every thing checked out....when I found these reviews I dug a bit more and found this on the same page you posted your info from

Upon reviewing this Report, Production Media Company contacted Duane Washkowiak with Realty Executives as he is our only account where this post originated from.  He has granted us permission to post his response, please see below:

I am a client of the company mentioned in this report and never posted the item in question; yet I have been contacted by someone re: this post which we did not make.  While we had some challenges in getting our order done after working with the Company through those issues the order was satisfied and we are using the items provided as the issues were resolved.   In the future I would strongly suggest that when accusations are made that someone should try and confirm the issue from rip-off report.  We had never posted here and prefer to work issues out directly when confronted with the folks we work with.

They are legit and even sent me a sample by mail.  I was not going to try them, but Century 21 spoke highly of them and so did the guy from Realty Execs.

my company works with over 500 real estate offices nationwide and two of them are the remax and Coldwell banker offices that are mentioned in the reports. if these two people that wrote the comments would simply have called the office they would have been able to verify that I was working on designing and supplying them with their introduction folders.

I own a landscaping business near Seattle, I know for a FACT that every one at this company worked at BENCH CRAFT...Please read reviews on BENCHCRAFT  It is most likely the same company

My company is Production Media Company.  We are no way involved with Benchcraft.  Just because were in Oregon like they are.  Were in two different cities selling two different products.  Please remove post.

971-205-1709 called here. Very noisy call center in the background. A Ryan called here at my office from this number saying he was from Remax. Wanted to talk with the owner about projects in an area hardly close to our office. I asked what the projects were so that I would not be wasting the owner's time, but he refused to say. He gave a call back # of 800-962-2587 ext 1061.  We don't like doing business with real estate companies anyway... being shady about what the projects are is not a good way to get a call back. Not wasting my boss' time. He would have been upset.

The problem is that we run a busy office and don't have time for these things. If we want something like this, we will call you. The only calls we want coming in are calls that allow our company to do what it is meant to do.

They are calling our office saying they are Remax! Who are these people really?

these people claim to be representing a realtor in your area even though he called from a phone number in Oregon 2000 mile away from me. he called using the number 971-206-1709 and left a call back number of 800-962-2587

got a call again from production media/bench craft  (Keller Williams Puyallup WA) ........ unless the folks at this office have the same names as people working at bench craft ( i get like 3-4 calls a day and have almost fell for it twice) then it is the same.... 2 contracts 2 companies......same name.... and the same voice as far as i can remember........ i know it was the same opening joke..

i forgot to mention same price/.....395 with discount 375......if some one from KW calls, i know a few of the agents.... and verifies this. i am the landscaper they use anyways,  i will buy it......it's not a lot of money but i dont like being taken advantage of
