I suspect it was, since this is primarily a phone COMPLAINT site ... not one where people come to post glowing satisfaction with phone numbers that called them.

I requested information and help with my bank to get mediation.  They called me back.  Nice that it was free to me

Also, the "Hardest Hit Fund" is a Federal fund that sends money to hard-hit states ... not individuals.

So, rather than prove the subject phone number belongs to a legitimate service, the evidence seems to be mounting that it is a scam.

This was a free service giving people free information to avoid foreclosure or referring to them to non profit mediation organizations in their regions like the did for me.  It's not a scam when it free Slim.  lol
