A collection agency for medical bills.

We got an automated call from someone named Adam Hall who did not identify the name of his company or who he was trying to reach. He had a very bored or depressed sounding voice and insisted that he should be called before 6 PM the same day. It wasn't until I looked up the phone number and saw your note that I had any idea what it was for.

I am also receiving phone calls daily from an Adam Hall and he is telling leaving a message to call him before 6:00 PM ... when I call the phone is put on hold until I hang up.  He does not say who he is calling for or what the nature of the call is about.  This has been going on for quite a long time now.  I have checked my credit report and there is nothing on there for me to be alarmed about.  This is getting annoying and I would like someone that reads this message to give suggestions as how to resolve this issue other than to have the phone disconnected which I have thought about.

i am also getting calls from Adam Hall stating that it is "imperative" that I return his phone call before 6 pm.  I have no idea who this is and have no intention of calling him back

I am also getting the same exact message. What does this guy want?????????/?? I'm not  calling him back. With the way things are now and days, you never know who this can be. Has anyone spoken to this man? i can't currently say that i have anything on my credit report that needs immediate attention.

I just got off the phone with Adam Hall after being harassed and personally put down. Does anyone know what agency this is?

I called their 800 number it was after hours and the message says it is Capital Accounts

Received call from this prick. My wife works for a legitimate and very ethical debt collection agency. She spoke to the companies compliance man whose going to look into these [***] for us and drop some unpleasantness if he can. Here is what I have found;
Capital Accounts LLC run out of Nashville. Employs something like 5 people in some automotive building. These are not their real names. There are no managers to speak to so don't bother asking for one and their boss is supposedly a raging drunk. I should have fun talking to this guy if he ever calls me. I also plan on having a nice little chat with the business owner who turned a debt we were making monthly payments on into these [***]. I would love to hear what she thinks about her businesses reputation in the area being ruined.

This is for a collection on a medical bill. I sent them a letter saying that I wish to be contacted by mail only and to stop the phone calls. They are obviously ignoring that and violating the law. Also, isn't it a law that they have to use their real names?

Am getting calls from Adam Hall as well.  I tried calling back and was put on hold forever to find out that they're not open on Saturdays. He didn't say who he was trying to contact.  Caller Id shows "American Red Cross". Isn't this illegal?

I've been getting calls for months during the day from 770-881-7293 and no message left. I finally called back and you could hear people and noise in the background but no one responded. They called again today and left a messsage saying it was Adam Hall and to call him at the 800 974 5409 number before 6pm. When I called he said he was looking for James Burnhardt. That isn't anone I know. I called back and spoke to the receptionist, who could care less by her tone, but said my number had been 'removed'...we'll see. I did ask her company name and she responded 'capital accts'.

Received a call from the same number.  The name they left was Paige.  No clue why they are calling.

Got a message to call Shawn Wilson at 800-974-5409 from Capital Accounts. Not gonna call him. I will turn them into the Attourney General of Tenn if they continue to call.

You should turn these guys in. Every thing they do is illegal.
