called me just a minute ago 1:10pm. no message. read a bit about it possibly being macy's collection. i have no macy's account, besides, the macy's in my town got closed a few months back.

just got a call from this number. blank voice mail so i called it back some lady answered in some diff language not sure who or what it is but it'll be put on my block list.

this person called me and asked if i spoke spanish...

hi, this lady from this phone # called me last night 8009898975, she told me that i had won a gift card for 1000 dlls and that i had also won a "only seen on tv" product, but that i had to pay the shipping an handeling at post office , 39 dlls por s&h and 100 dlls for a 10% of a tax thing of the price and that i was going to recieve those 139 dlls back at the gift card, and everything was told to me in spanish, i said ok, then she told me that another lady was going to call me to verify the info and everything i said ok. when the other call i said no so we hang up, after 2 hours a male calls and tries everything again, i said no since i dont have those 139 dlls, but is this a skam o what?
i think the company was intra america corp or somthing like that, be careful!!!

Got a call early this morning but didn't answer it. I called back the number and no one answered, phone tag? lol

she asked me if I "habblas espanol"
I told her that we're in AMERICA and we speak AMERICAN.

I just received a call from this number. The lady was speaking spanish. I told her that she had the wrong number. She hung up.

The lady called and asked for my mother. She says they already sent her the package and that we had to pay $139 to pick it up and if we do not they will take my mother to court. This is a scam and the company name is Inco America. I have reported them to the better business bureau and you should do the same if they contact you.

SOME PERSON BY THE NAME OF SALVASTIAN CALLED, LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PER- SON WITCH DOESNT EVEN LIVE HERE. HE KEEPS ON CALLING. Then he started Threatening my nephews and nieces if he doesnt talk to an adult. Thats when we steped in returning the call back and .. not only is this a bunch of BS\. He then says that we are being recorded with out asking for a cosent in the begining of the coversation..They dont even speak english at all.. this company needs to be shut down ASAP.. and deport them back to their original country.. they are based in Miami Fl.. Salvastian is the person who calls..

i called and accepted the gift card plus a DVD player and all i was going to pay was 140$ and i found this site so i decided to not pick up the package and now I am getting calls that if i doing pick it up, i will have to pay 300 dollars.

Last month i received a call from this number 8009898975 and told me that i won a $1000 gift card plus i had the chance to choose another free gift that they would give me and i sid ok and choosed a lab top for kids from discovery channel. the lady told me that i have to pay $149 for shipping an handling i have not paydoes $149 cause i dont have the money to loose and since i havent they been calling me saying if i dont go to pick up the package and gift card they would sent me to court plus pay more money.... somebody help mee what shoul i do...

We just got a phone call from this phone # and insisted on wanting to talk to someone in our household. I specifically told that a few weeks ago I registered our phone # to the "Do Not Call List" and that he had 30 days to delete us from his system. He insisted and said that he would "tell everybody to call us and bother us", right after that I hung up and he still kept calling!!! Can't believe it!!!
But I do recognize his voice and he HAS called before using a different number (which was registered under Sewell Orion), which was the phone call that made me registered to the "Do Not Call List." Yet he is too persistent.

This guy doesn't have an accent like a Mexican... I really don't think he's Mexican. I'm sure he's from some other place.

This company is a scam, I have reported them to the attorney general and BBB. I told them to stop calling and they called 7 times within less then 5 min. Not only that but the guy said "tu eres una PINCHE Ireesponsable" that is unprofessional and I will sue all that I can for they deserve to be out of business.

I have been receeving these calls as well.  They ask for some lady then say, do you speaky Spanish and I say know.  I am a US American so if you call me speak to me in English if you want to deal with me.  If you have no one to speak with me in English take me off your list.  Another call and again hung up on cause I did not speak Spanish.  I called the number back and spoke in Spanish calling the [***] a PUTA and telling her if she has no one to speak with me in English then to take me off her calling list.  She is harrassing me and invading my privacy.  No work they called again today.  If you are nice with them they pester, if you are nasty with them they perster.  I am on the Do Not Call List but this does not help.  I am sure they are attempting to swindle legal and illegal Spanish speakers and therefore should be shut down.  Anyone know how to get them shut down?

I just called back from a land line and got some [***] who cursed me out, in English.  He got upset when I told him I did not need to be overcharged for anything they are seeling.  Got that information from you guys.  I have a feeling if anyone gives a credit card to these people they will keep charging until the card has no more money.

I went on an on slaught of calls to that number being that it costs them and not me just asking for someone who speaks English.  No one speaks English unless they are saying sorry no English or cursing you out.  I am sure they speak English but does not matter I gave them a dose of their own medicine at their expense.

I wish I knew how to report them because they are not going by US regulations.  I recommend, if anyone was taken by these [***], please contact the FBI and report them.  They are just another bunch of scammers and they are preying only on the latin community.  When a latin gets stung by these people they will not blame the latins calling them they will blame the Americans for letting this happen.
