Yes, I just got a call from that 1-800-990-5615. Whoever called did not leave a message.  The person called early Saturday morning. Irritating.

Debt Collector, trying to collect for out of country unlicensed lender in my state.  

Any out of country lender Must be LICENSED in US, if not you are not obligated to pay back ANYTHING but should pay back principal!

Some jerky collector giving the best effort to harass me

This number showed up on my caller I.D. for the first time today.  The "name" was Toll Free SVC.  

The first post (Dec 2013) shows a collection agency calling itself LTD used this number.  A comment in Jan 2014 indicates the caller now is MPL Collection Agency.  Louis (Jan 2014) describes this caller as someone representing an out of country lender!  In May 2014 a poster says this is a call about Visa.  

THANK YOU to the previous posters who gave me some insight into who might be calling.  I'm one of those people who doesn't owe any debt, except for the usual monthly expenses (utilities, rent, etc.).  I live very frugally on a limited income.  My only fear is that some nitwit will steal my identity and drain my bank account.  800notes is PART of my constant vigilance about the latest scams.  

Keeps calling me!  They have called me every other day for the past 2 weeks but never leaves a message.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  I figure if it's important they'll leave a message.

They finally left message - LTD Financial Services, LP. They do state they are a debt collection service. She said her name was Elaine Gernado at ext. 6374.

​I am receiving tons of call from 1-800-990-5615.  They are calling at different times of the day.  I have requested for them to seize. However, they continue.  They are looking for an Angelo. This person went as for to provide me with his social security, workplace, and mailing address.  As for as I am concerned that is a breach of personal information.

LTD Financial Services, seem to think that calling me is going to resolve the issue. What they don't know is that I have referred this matter to the FTC, PUC office and have filed a police report for harassment.  I have also spoken with the Attorney General Office and file a complaint.

I received a call for them and did not answer.  Nothing recorded on my machine.  I then blocked the call and advised the FCC of the harrassing call.  I advise everyone to do the same.

Another debt collector. And they wonder why people hate
them and are quick to file bankruptcy to escape.

They called again yesterday, even after I reported them to FCC, left no message.

I won't pay anything...I am broke....I will see them in hell again!
