Penny, I am hoping that you are no longer receiving those type phone calls. I though you should know that it's the phone number for AFLAC customer service. Call from a pay phone not near your home to confirm if you'd like. I have been calling this number over the past few weeks for assistance with my injury claim. Might be that the individual knows someone at AFLAC and they are forwarding his calls to you in order to defeat your caller ID and his subsequent identification. Best of luck.

No, it's someone using a spoof number.  That's what happened to me.  They call an 800 number and can use any phone number they want and it will show up on your phone and your phone bill as the number they choose.  There's no way to find out who is calling you, without going through all kinds of hassle, police, lawyers, etc.

I have been expecting a call from Aflac (had an appointment with them on 08/03-but no one ever called). So, I called back the number and was able to speak to a representative from AFLAC.
