Wanted to "confirm" some details or something.

Sears home delivery automatic message. Only freekin problem is it is a foreign voice that can't speak english. I don't know if my stuff is coming tomorrow or next week.

This is Sears Home Delivery automated service. The fact that they use the 800 Toll Free service line is pretty stupid. Since the robots that call several times during the day to see when you are most likely going to be home use the same number. I Googled the number as I always do for numbers I do not recognize; when I found out it was Sears I answered the next call.

It might be Sears but everytime I call the number there's a click and then a dial tone..............Called Sear delivery at number on receipt 800-341-2517 and they don't recognize the number, can't give me any information as to why I was called by the automated service!!!! Guess the humans don't know what the robots are doing..............

Automated confirmation from Sears Home Delivery regarding details of our order.

Legitimate automated notification from Sears Home Delivery.  I did not answer because there was no Caller ID name; but when I called the number back, their automated system matched my caller ID with the message that was intended for me.

I did not answer the unidentified # and they did not leave a message. I would not have called back until I read a posting from NotBuyingit. When I called, it gave me the details for my delivery. Thank you!

It such a pleasure to call Wal-Mart and get a live person, not a robot.
If Wal-Mart the largest retailer in the U.S.can do this why can't Sears!

I got the call from the same number and the information on my delivery was left. Yes it is Sears but why don't they put thir name in the caller ID.

Got a message with "important info" regarding my delivery.  Sears sales guy warned me they would call the day before delivery (which is 2 days away).
I returned the call and first time I got a "you can't call that number from your area code... try this number".  The new number 8007126600 was "free 411"... i must have mistyped.  
Now I can't call the original number again... busy signal.

Follow up: Called the 800-341-2517 # mentioned above and they told me the delivery was still on target and couldn't see a reason for the bot call

Got a call wanted to schedule a home delivery......I never ordered anything from Sears.  Called back.....did not have my number on file....said computer must have dialed me in error.  I will still monitor my credit card to make sure they didn't make an error and bill me.

I received the same phone call 2 days in a row, ad it is Sears Home Delivery wanting to inform me of my "scheduled delivery". The only problem is, I haven't bought anything from them in nearly a year that would actually require home delivery service.

Just called and I didn't answer message was left and it is Sears.I called the number back and it is an automated system confirming that someone over the age of 18 will be home to take delivery and to make sure the doorways and area of placement are large enough to fit the products in (washer & dryer) also that I will get another call the night before with my time of delivery,.

Sears Delivery Message: I called back and got a (very quiet) recording. However, message had no TIME in it. What good is a delivery message if the message calls you (several times repeatedly) just to tell you that it is going to call you back another day with a delivery time!!!!!

According to above information, this is Sears Home Delivery.  Can't they at least identify themselves?

This is the case with me. A very good automated process. But I don't know if I will get the item that I ordered.

Sears home delivery confirmation. Did not answer because I did not recognize the number, they left a voicemail. Called back and went thru the automated responses, some of the computer generated voices are hard to understand.

Why are all these companies out-sourcing to INDIA?????  OMG!  I know they are as cheap as hell (guess we are going back to sweat-shop days, but, where it is legal in other countries), the least Sears could do is listen to them talk first, and if they can't speak english clearly, don't put them on the phone.
