I was told to call this number, if I wished to cancel future shipments of a product.  I've been trying to call and I only get a busy signal.  I'm concerned that this is some type of a scam and that my credit card will continue to be charged.  Help!!??

My wife called this number for their product and was quoted a shipping and handling fee with a 14 day chance to cancel.  She has been calling this number over the last two days because within only a couple days of that original call to trial the product, they billed our credit card for close to $90.  She has called continuously and the number is either busy or only ringing.

So what have you done, have you gotten anywhere with this?

I responded to an internet ad for a sample of Colon Cure for $3.95.  Got the sample two weeks later.  As I was balancing my checkbook, noticed an $87.31 charge from swm-nubody.  Called the number on the bottle, was put on hold for thirty minutes, than a male came on the phone and told me that the company cannot give me a refund because I didn't call back to cancell within 14 days.  Called my bank to dispute the charges and cancel my debit card.  Feel so stupid to be scammed like this.  Last thing, on my bottle of Colon Cure, there's no company name/address, just the telephone number.

Apparently my Cell phone number is being dialed by people who are getting scammed, I'd like to know how people can confuse a 2 with an 8. If anyone speaks to me...and checks this site out, I do apologize. Also for any that have called me, was my number listed or did you honestly confuse the numbers?

The only thing I could find out was that its based in Midvale, Utah. I can't get an address though. Its definitely a landline.

Forgot to mention that I have recieved at least 14 calls with in the last 2 days about this.

I also fell for this scam.  Has anyone reported this to the police?  Yes, they charged my credit card and will not answer the phone. Jason, is your phone number 801-208-7485?  That is the number on the bottle to call.

call your credit card company and dispute the charge and also cancel the card. if you did not get the product

Tried to contact this P.O.S. guy and after redialing the number about 60 FREAKING times I finally got "WE ARE EXPERIENCING AN EXTREMELY HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS MESSAGE. PLEASE HANG UP AND TRY YOUR CALL AGAIN LATER" Try again later my butt. I'm goin searching for the guy.

NOW IF THE GUY EADS THIS BE WARNED: DUMASS I AM COMING TO UTAH AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE B.B.B., AND ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT HANDLES SCAMS ON THE WEB IS GOING TO BE CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO THE SCAM YOU ARE PULLING. BECAUSE I AM NOT HAPPY.....GOT MY DRIFT......

I too have been on the phone trying to cancel this membership  to the number listed on the bottle 1-801-208-7485.  I waited for 20 minutes till I was supposedly #3 on the list and then the call was lost.  I called right back and kept getting that they would be right with me and then I was tranferred to a voice mail box.  I left a nasty message and that I wanted this cancelled.  I have written them a letter to this address which was on the site somewhere Colon cure #231, 5348 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89108
I am also sending them a copy of the letters/comments written here to show them how lousy a company or whatever they are!  I am reporting them to the better business bureau also -- as should all of you.

Just got through after only a week of trying to cancel so i would not be billed.  You would not believe what the "sweet little girl" on the other end of the line was saying... I am apparently the only one on the planet who does not like and does not want their product... I am also the only one who has asked for a refund... I was told they have many, many people manning phones and that I had to submit phone records to prove I had been trying to call them for a week before anything could be done, and that even then I would not get a refund.  What a fantastic business.  Thieves... Scam artists.

I foolishly ordered something from colon cure who uses the number 1-801-208-7485. I received the trial sample and  tried to cancel my subscription and could not get anyone because the line is always busy. I also tried to contact them online and was always got a message saying server is unavailable. I received another shipment from them but I had already contacted my bank and put a stop payment for that account.

I also returned the shipment with a certified letter that I copied to my bank. It's terrible how people are so dishonest these days.

I applied for trial bottle after receiving an email,on that email I did not read any where that I would continue to receive this 30 day supply and that I had to cancel with in 14 days. If I had known this I would not have ordered. Well the product is the same as a good fiber laxative, nothing more. When I saw the $89.31 charge to my bank I got sick on my stomach. You have got to be kidding.Laxatives are not that blame high. I called 801-208-7485 and waited for 20 minutes before a live person came on the phone. He said that since it was too late to stop this order but he did assure me that I would not be charged for any more after that.I asked for his name,but he only came me his first name said he was not allowed to give me his last name. Why not don't he know it, anyway I did get a confirmation number of counceling this so called cure. People beware of this offer, it is a scam

Let's work together to bring legal action against this company.  I am not sure what we can do, but there has to be a way to get our money back from this company.  Today I  cancelled my crdit card and have disputed the charge.  So perhaps that will be enough.  I don't know. Yesterday after taling with BRian, I notified the FCC by filing out their online form.  I am trying to find the Better Business Bureau for NV, but am having trouble with that.  Brian, the man in charge at ColonCure, told me that I needed to read before I agree to something.  I told him his enrollment plan was well hidden and not prominently displayed so anyone could have been unaware of the additional charges.  Contact me at niki5@roadrunner.com if you want to work towards a solution.  Thanks!

I just found the Nevada's Better Business Bureau and send them a lenghty email concern my experience with this company and asked them to tell me what I can do.  If the above link doesn't work, try http://www.rhodeisland.bbb.org/WWWRoot/SitePa ... aa-c2926140f061.  Then type in Colon Cure in the box for the name of the business to search.

I am off to find someone at MSNBC and CBS News to see if they know of their invovlement in this scam.  More than likely it is an impled involvement as Brian really danced around my question about this when we talked on Feb. 19.
