They called a few minutes ago.  The lady just said hello and hung up.  Then I just their number on Block Calls list.

Called my father's house and asked for me by name. He said I didn't live there and asked for a message. The man said "no" and hung up. It is very unsettling to have them call my father and know my name. I want this stopped!

We are on the do not call list.  when someone calls our home and we don't know the no. or name we don't answer.  When it says unavailable, we don't answer.  When it says blocked or private, we don't answer.  If we hear a message and we know what it is about and if we know the person, we call. We even get calls from different states. What good is the do not call list?  What say You?

Calls me all the time with no messages.

This number has been calling me every day for over a week.  Always between 8:30 AM and 8:55 AM.  The phone rings 2 or 3 times then they hang up.  They never leave a message.  They never wait for the voice mail to come on (it comes on at 5 rings).

This is very annoying. The number on Caller ID reads "Unknown".

has called three times in the past two days, first two times there was only silence when answered, third time someone asked for me by name.  We are unlisted and unpublished, and on the do not call list, so how did this caller get my name?

It is Bank Of America calling to sell you their credit card protection program. Since I have a Bank Of America credit card, I do not think the Do Not Call List applies to companies you currently do business with.

I listened to the gal's explanation that her company (called Inc. or Ink)who supposedly partnered with Bank of America credit card to sell fraud protection for ALL my credit cards and free credit report.  I said I was not interested and immediately hung.  I then called Bank of America themselves and reported that phone call, and they said it was a SCAM.  I gave them the phone number from my called ID and it was turned over to the Bank of America fraud team.  Here's what I know:  If someone calls and says they are from a credit card company, your health insurance company, etc. do not give out any information.  Call your providers directly by their PUBLISHED phone numbers or email from their website, and deal with them that way.  NEVER give out your info over the phone to someone who calls you!  In this economy, there are too many people willing to become scammers.

they call once or twice a day, and it comes up as SALT LAKE (something)....I donot answer and they donot leave a msg....

They call every night, I finally answered the phone and asked them to remove my number off their list.  They are Bank of America credit cards trying to sell services.  They said the best way is to call the 800 numbers from the back of our credit cards to ask them to remove number off their list.(Whatever)

This call shows up on my phone as Salt lake City, UT.

I have never answered it.

Says "Telerperformance" on my callerid. They never leave a message and I never pick up but they call almost EVERY friggen day!!

I want them to stop calling everyday. I answer once and you could tell it was a telemarker. They need to be put out of business.

I called it and it said, "Teleperformance USA".... this is NOT the name of any credit card company!
