This is "Feature Films For Families" in Murray, UT.

This is the 3rd call in 2 days from an out-of-state number and I refuse to answer them.  11/14/2007 10:22 AM.  This is the first one that I've checked and actually been able to identify as a legitimate business.

Shows up as CUSTOMER SVC FE on CID.  Did not answer.  Suspect Feature Films as noted by Josh.  It looks like they are picking on my family now.  Have received 10 calls since Jan 1 from area codes: 801, 410, 616, 240, 201, and 231 as CUSTOMER SVC FE, Unknown Name, DAVID AND BREND, ANDREA AND RYAN, BRITNEY AND JES, RYAN AND ANDREA, Did not leave a message.

Feature Films for Families out of Utah.  Calling to tell me I have a $10.00 credit with their company as a "preferred customer" which is funny since I have ordered a movie from them in 15 years.  When I try to tell them I want to be placed on the "Do Not Call" list, they act all poliste saying, "thank-you" before hang up on me.

They just called me and said the same thing to me. When I tried to tell them please take me off their list he hung up on me. I'm getting sick of them calling here. My husband works shift work. I don't even get a chance to tell them that before they hang up.

they have called every single day for weeks.  ID says "Feature Films".  My husband, last night, told them "The only reason I picked up this call is to tell you NOT to call again - take us off the list" - the response?  "Oh, I'll call back another time" - and he said "did you not hear me?  Do NOT call back, take us off the list" - and she continued to say she'd be calling back.

These calls are made thru a computer.  It is not a person listening to you.  That's why your responses are not heard correctly.  
I hate their high pressure sales pitches...on and on and on. I wrote them a letter telling them NOT TO CONTACT ME again, and I received a call again yesterday.  I talked to the computer long enough to finally get a real person, who said he would take me off of their list. Guess what? Another call today!

I to keep getting calls from feature films and am tired of it. They just don't take no for the answer. What are we supposed to do? I don't answer my phone and they do not leave a message for me to call them back, but I still have their number. Thank you.

I have always found them to be respectful and I do order from time to time.

They have always been polite with me.  I sometimes order as I enjoy watching these films with my  grandchildren. If I don't want to order they may offer me smaller package but they do take no for an answer.
