I received a call from this number ,my husband answered.The caller stated they were calling from pnc bank. This person called back today and asked for me ,when i verified who i was the caller said thanks,then hung up.

Get this call daily for the last few weeks.
Perhaps one day they will figure out we don't answer calls from unknown numbers.
Jokes on them.

Been getting calls all week from this number...801-297-7808...they  don't leave a message and won't answer if we pick up.  Called the number back and got a message that the number was out of service.

They have called once or twice a day for the last few days. Number shows up along with "Salt Lake City UT"... I don't answer. Learned my lesson the last time I answered a number I didn't recognize!

This number's shown up once or twice per day for about the last week. "Salt Lake City UT" is all I get, much like the other guys here. The only time I was around to hear it go to my answering machine, all I heard was a busy tone for a few seconds then the line hung up. I don't like people playin' on my phone!!!!! lol

at least once a day for at least 2 weeks - 3 times one day that I know of.

We are receiving repeated calls from this number. We have told them not to call but they continue.

I received a call from this number and unfortunately answered it. They claimed to be from Bank of America and offered me a free credit report with an option of receiving monthly updates on my credit for a fee; I would be free to cancel at any time. A phone number would be provided on the credit report. Since I have an unlisted phone number and they had all my information (address, even social security number) and said that the call would be recorded, I felt that this was a legitimate call and agreed to the deal. I believe now I should not have done that. I have not received any credit report and it has been two weeks. I am going to contact Bank of America now to find out if the call was legitimate. I should have been more careful. I hope my agreement to the deal will not cause me any kind of hassle.

Getting NUMEROUS calls from this number.. we are not home during the day but they called about 7 times yesterday and no message was left.

I recently started getting these calls.
Fearing it was a possible collection agency (I'm honest) I didn't answer. It does show up the call is from Salt Lake City.
I don't want to answer their call or return it if they can't leave a message.

I seen a post stating something about Bank of America, I wouldn't put it past those slim buckets.

Called number back today out of curiousity.  It was a central calling service which in my case was calling for BOA. BOA was offering some kind of identity theft protection.  I told the lady I was speaking to that I told the gentleman from BOA I wasn't interested a couple weeks ago. She said she would have my number removed from list & could take up to 48 hours to activate.  Have to wait & see.  Seems like a legit business, tho a PIA.

Getting calls from this number multiple times a day for the last week or two. We don't normally answer when we don't recognize the name or number, but was curious that they would be so persistent (they never leave a message). Finally answered, they asked for my husband. When I told them he wasn't in they promised to call back. They did. I should have asked who was calling.

Calls twice a day as unknown caller, just started 10-1-09. My phone is set up to reject unknown calls. Whoever is calling I could care less this call will never be answered asthers have tried. You can't be to carefull these days.
