I got a call from an unknown number then several texts saying, "Im angela im sad and lonley and need a friend how are you?"

I just got the same exact text messages

I am getting messages from this number that are the exact same right now, as we speak.  They won't tell me who they are other than their first name. They won't tell me how they know me,  won't tell me what problem they are having...  Only that they are sad and want a friend.  They are also threatening to hurt themselves. So I gave them contact information for the suicide hotline.  Must be spam.  They keep trying to call me.

I am getting the same texts about someone named Angela.

The person texting me from this number earlier today also referred to themself as Angela.  It is very odd,  annoying...  And creepy. Glad I am not alone. Also...  Even more creepy how many people this number has harassed the more I think about it though.  Haha!!

Just like the others, at first I got pritave number calls but did nto answer. about 7 0r 8 of them. then they started texting.  She is now blocked.  I advise to do the same.

Received calls and text from this number.  Answered first calls, two beeps and dead line followed by a text from the same number.
Number blocked.

"Angela" was telling me she needed help, I screen shotted these reports and sent it to her and she said goodbye.

Got a call same # 801-347-3807 angela sayin the same thing. Sad needs friend. Did a reverse look up got the name myra oliver. Looked that name up on face book. no photos but at least two face book accts. Lives in murry utah the phone is also from muuray.

I have been getting these same messages form 'Angela' tonight. She says she guessed my number which is weird because it is not an 801 area code. I just called her out on being a scam and she has dropped her poor sad girl act and responded with [***] attitude! Haha. All this was by text. Which had been preceded by a call from a restricted number that was silent when I answered my phone.
