These people are a collection agency and are known for underhanded tricks. Caller left mesdsage like the one noted in TJ's. Caller ID is blocked -- a dead giveaway it's not someone you want to talk to. They will also mail you what LOOK like official court papers but have not been filed. Express Recovery is owned by a lawyer know to be a sleaze in Salt LAke City, UT circles.

So what you're saying is express recovery are sleaze coming from a person that obviously doesn't pay people...wow, ya of course u wouldn't answer the phone cuz ur word means nothing! Hey who else do u owe money too???

I recently moved and changed my phone number (PO Box is still the same), so they called my parents.  I called them to give them my new number and told them not to call my parents again.

I called asked for a supervisor because the collector wouldn't identify what company she was with. I left a message for supervisor at 801-412-3125 he called back & confirmed that the company is Express Recovery. He didn't understand why his collector wouldn't say what company she is with. I have worked in collections and there is nothing under collection law that specifies that you cannot say what company you are with.  They do collections for a lot of local doctor's offices.

Thank you this helps. I monitor all of my calls but would like to get this matter taken care of. The girl that calls me for lack of a better word is not professional that keeps calling me. Some of us actually want to stay out of debt. It would be nice to know who is calling us as wellm as what company they are representing. If I dont know who you are I will not answer nor will I make the effort to call you back only to get your V mail.

They called me this morning asking for Ron ..I said wrong number ..and she goes so , you aren't Ron I said ..ma'am wrong number ..what idiot .

It must be that time of year where she needs some more money from people who give their credit card over the phone because "Jessica" Called and would give no information about where she was calling from or the matter it was regarding. Asked for 3 of my family members all with miss matched names. None professional and Rude.  Don't giver her any details. She is into something no one wants to be apart of.

This is a bogus company. The girl, Jessica, says she is with ERS. I asked her what that stood for, she says Emergency Recovery Services. There is no such company and no such website. There are similar names but not this name. She also said she got our info from QuickEvict...another no name company. I called my last rental company and they said that is bogus. In fact, we had already received our deposit back from the rental management company. She must be digging up private information on people and working it. I am reporting it.

I find it ironic that you are SO pissed that you have to use all upper case letters in your reply. You don't know what kind of situation these people are in in order for someone to get behind or not be ABLE to pay their debts. And only someone of with a less than average I.Q. abbreviates because with "cuz", "YA" instead of yeah, which by the way, in your sentence structure, grammatically incorrect, "U" for you, and "UR" for your OR you're. But I am sure you don't know the difference on HOW to use your or you're do you?
If I were YOUR boss at Recovery, I would fire YOUR silly ass just for being so stupid.

They are indeed a collection agency, my brother in law got a phone call from them concerning a past due power bill as well. However when they called my parents house looking for him I might have rattled their cage they do not know their job very well

So..I'm still a tad confused. Is this truly a collection agency? That if a payment is made it will truly be deducted from your current bill?? Or did the person that makes the payment getting screwed? ? Or what's?

I've had the same woman, Jessica call me 3 times a day for the last few months.  I didn't even know what bill she was talking about when I talked to her and I told her regardless of what it was,  I didn't have the money to pay it right then but I'd call when I did.  She kept pushing me to tell her my fiances name and number,  my parents name, number and address. That's really fishy to me.  I hung up on her and stopped answering calls. Since she wanted to call over and over again, I had my fiance answer and tell her she had the wrong number, not once but for about 10 calls in a row because she kept calling still. She told him he was a liar and to get me on the phone and all sorts of crazy stuff.  This is the most unprofessional company I've ever heard from.  They are ridiculous!

My brutally violent ex husband kept everything in our divorce settlement but my car and our daughter. I agreed to this as long as he paid all of the debt as well. I receive three calls a day from this company because he has not paid one dime in 2 years. I have given them his number, mailed them my divorce decree and sent in the latest order from the court. When they call him he tells them to call me and hangs up. I have told them not to call and blocked their number. They still get through. So DG perhaps you shouldn't comment without any knowledge of the situation.
