Got a call from the same number (801) 432-2949- called it back and it said company was "Monarch Law". Bottom feeder collector/law office.

Use Google talk and a throwaway gmail addie and call them back endlessly!

Received several calls from Ben nett Law PLL (approximately 3 months worth) all asking for someone whom I do not know.  I have had to endure their interogation to remove my number on three occasions.  How cann I get these !!##*!* people permanately out of my life?

I keep getting about 7 to 8 calls a day from these people asking for me, telling me that I owe them for an unpaid chinese midget porn (which is totally disgusting), can you believe that? They call every day of the week including weekends. When my husband answers the phone, they hang up on him, but when I answer, they say "Hey Nicole, what's up?" like they are gonna fool me. It is getting really annoying, and when they start making threats that they know where I live, and will come and seize all of my possesions, that's makes it a little scary.

Tell them to come on over, you will show them your smith and wesson.

I am not replying to anyone specifically, but to anyone who uses this 800notes.com service. Stop answering the phone for names and numbers you do not know, just stop doing it. We have the technology, use it! One can get a serious education about how these warehouse debt collectors such as Bennett Law and Portfolio Recovery Associates do their level best to fleece people out of their $$, whether one owes or not, they do not care. You have found this web site, use it to your advantage; READ! Ignorant or bad posts help no one. Explore and get an education on how to combat these villains, and share what you know are facts!

Just got a call from them...explained that I am unemployed and cannot pay...was told I could make a payment arrangement, that surely I could pay like $15 a month. Asked what part of unemployed and have no money coming in they didn't understand. Guy was incredibly rude "how's your phone still on then?". was asked if my parents could pay the debt. told him no.  

Also, was told I owe more than I know I owe to them.

My husband got a call from this number when he answered they hung up, I called them back and told them that my husband got a call from them and was wondering who it was they said they were calling for someone else who I dont know and I told them they had the wrong number they asked for the number and I gave them my husbands number and the man was very polite and said he will take the number off there list so guess we will wait and see.

I have had several unpleasant calls from this people. They call at anytime on anyday.  In many cases as late as bedtime!!!! -   STOP HARASSING CALLS you are DISTURBING my life.

They called twice today.  After reading this, I called back and told them I was returning their call.  They hung up on me 6 times within 3 minutes.  Two different guys answered and they just hung up on me.

Like I said, it was after I read this.  I just wanted to get some entertainment during a commercial break.  Oh well.

Call 877-749-2510.  At the prompt give you message of what you would like to say to Mr. Mike Bennett.  Stay on the line and wait.  A prompt will ask you to send.  Send by hitting the pound button.  Another prompt will ask if you would like to send more, hit the pound button.  The prompt will direct you to select a mail box or hit # for the directory.   Hit the # and the prompt will advise you to select buttons for first names.  dial 6453# to reach Mike Bennett.  Send him the message private and priority according to the prompts.  Send him feedback as much as necessary.  I am sure the company would like to know they have poor business practices.

I got four calls from them.

Apparently the firm is close to West Jordan, Utah.

They call, never leave a message.  I've called back, for entertainment purposes.  It sounds like 2 guys in a garage, scheming.  I still don't know why they're calling me because they never say anything.  Kinda spooky.  

What to do?  Call the police?  Not sure yet what can be done.
