This number is from Patient Financial Services at Intermountain Health Care, Salt Lake City, UT.  They left me several messages asking me to call them back at 855-456-4321.  I hope that helps.

They ask me for person info. to confirm who I am.  These days I don't like giving out personal info. to anyone.

They asked me for to confirm who I was.  There is this scam were they want you to say yes.  Then they can use your recorded yes to agree to terms, etc.
Scam Likely shows up on my caller ID.

They called me saying they were calling for a collection from Primary Children's Hospital, but I don't have any bills with them. So I called the hospital and they told me I don't have anything with collections.

They should be sending you bills before they start calling you.

I have not used their services and I get a call from them everyday

Same experience - robo call, asking for a return call to a toll-free number. Caller blocked.

Called, did not identify themselves. Just asked me to call a toll free number which I didn’t get because I didn’t have a pen in hand! I called the original recorded caller and got disconnected, several times!
I figured if it was that important, they’d identify themselves first...,

Should be legit debt collector. They first identified themself as intermountain health care and they were calling regarding a bill. Then asked me my name, address and DOB. I knew I had an unpaid bill and tell them my info. Then they told me how much I owed and further told me my account #. The account # matched with my previous bill and the amount I owed matched too. They had to verify that I actually was the one they wanted to talk to so by law they had to ask for personal info.

Received call from this number. Based on other reports, this is either a legitimate IHC call (some say the caller left some kind of identifying info) or a scam hijacking a supposedly good number, but not leaving any identifying info. In today’s widespread abusive call/scam world, I won’t call back.

I got an incomplete voice mail (It's like these pre-recorded calls lost the ability to wait for the voicemail message). All I got was a request to call them back at a toll free number. I looked up the number and it indicates it's from Intermountain Healthcare, whom I have done business with.
