its a Utah area code - same thing happened to me in the evening.  Solicitor probably.  Do you have a new business?

I just noticed this on my caller ID but it also had the name "CICERO."  I have the kind of phone service where a caller has to release its name or the call won't come through.

I just got called by this number. me2 mentioned to trizzle about having a new business. Mine is only 2 months old so I bet that has something to do with it.

I picked up, but no one answered on the line, so I hung up after a few seconds.  No new businesses - or any business, for that matter (other uses above mentioned this as a possible reason for targeting.)

Caller called for my husband wouldn't leave any information, message said their name was April.

This person called me in the P.M. After answering, the individual on the other end voiced about 3 seconds of heavy breathing, then hung up.

Time of this call was today at 4:51pm Utah time. I did a search on this number in the online white pages. Apparently, this number is on South State Street bordering Washington Square Park in Salt Lake City, UT. Authorities in that area might want to take note.

Recieved a call from 801-456-4525 on 4/8/08 at 12:19 pm.  Left no message and just recieved a recording when I tried calling it back.

The call is from The Cicero Group (cicerogroup.com) a Utah based market research firm. The call was likely a customer satisfaction survey. Recently a new phone system was installed and it has been having some bugs which caused dropped calls and bad connections in general. If you call the number back you get the main phone system for the company and should be able to reach someone if you want more information regarding your call.

Same story here -- received a call today just before noon. No message, no ID, just a number. I don't know why I would be receiving a call from them.

Just called me -- no message, I didn't pick up.

I do not have a house phone. Recently I have been getting calls from unlisted mainland numbers and do not answer them. My present number is on the do not call list and it has been for a year. This number called me this Morning and as I did not answer went to my voicemail. I took my personal message off my voicemail a few months back due to unlisted numbers calling me. All I got on the message was a deep voice doing a hummph!!! and then they hung up. One day I will answer one and take them to court as I am fed up with it.. Where is the privacy!!!!!!!

Same thing here. I only have a cell phone, and no operating buisness. T-Mobile, anyone? Anyways, I called back and got the recording giving their little marketing research spiel, and then it gave me two options: Press 1 to participate in a survey, press 2 to be removed from the list. I pressed two, but it hung up on me right as I pressed it. Not sure if it hung up before I pushed the button or not...

Didnt answer.
